Have an old beat up necklace that’s been in my family for years but I wanted to hold on to it because it was passed down from my dad. Dave did everything he could to restore this necklace worked with me every step of the way piecing back together the broken parts to make it whole again.
Will be with Dave Fagles for life from this experience. Couldn’t recommend more.

Been on the west side of Cincinnati since the original store was in Price Hill. This store is further down Harrison near the I 74/I-275 interchange. You get all of the service of a family owned business. Son’s cross had broken in the chain, then a week later, the loop. Not high value, but sentimental. Faigle’s repaired while I waited. I figured it wouldn’t be expensive so I grabbed a jewelry cleaner as well. I asked how much and was told “it’s OK.” I asked again and the owner just smiled and said “ it’s OK. I know you’ll be back.” She’s right. They custom make the jewelry on site as they always have.

Just an absolutely incredible experience all around. Both my husband’s and my wedding rings are from Dave Faigle & Son Jewelers. They helped us find and customize both of our rings. We worked with them from out of town, as we are not living in the area. We knew we wanted gold rings with something unique, and with their impressive selection and excellent customer service, their team helped us select and customize the perfect rings for us. We could not be happier with how they turned out. You will be taken care of here!
Also, I had gone to 2 other jewelers before reaching out to these guys. From the beginning, the experience with Dave Faigle & Son was far above the rest. I would recommend them to anyone - in or outside of Cincinnati.

Dave and his staff are a Class Act. 💝😁🙏 if you need jewelry this place treats you like family. The diamonds are top of the line. The Jewelery is simply Gorgeous. I would recommend Dave and his staff to everyone. If their was 10 stars, they would get that. Customer service is excellent. Thanks a million Dave and staff😁💝🙏

Dave Faigle and Sons Jewelers is THE JEWELER for Cincinnati. We have been using them for over 30 years for Engagement and Wedding Rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable about fine jewelry. They are able to customize to your needs. Recently I needed to change my wedding ring from traditional to contemporary. ( Our traditional rings were purchased here as well) Dave and the staff were able to find and create a customize & personalized ring. Each time we have been in the store the staff take their time and listen to exactly what you are looking for. We value and appreciate their work and attention to details.

If I'm looking for jewelry, this is the place I go. Helpful staff, no matter if, like this trip, I was looking to get an inexpensive chain repaired. Or if I'm spending a lot of money on a one of a kind piece of jewelry. I feel like they treat me the same. So great service and reasonable prices make this a place to try if you're looking for jewelry.
