I went in this very nice store today for the first time to get guards for two loose rings. Very nice lady. Ring guards put on right away by a man in another room. I recommend this place, especially to those in the Colerain/White Oak area.

Took an old broken silver bracelet there, that had sentimental value to me, to see if they could repair. They did an amazing job repairing it and cleaning it. It looked like a brand new sparking bracelet. They also repaired my watch battery. I've never bought any jewelry there buy they have some beautiful unique pieces there. When im ready to buy a new piece I wont go anywhere but here. Friendly, professional, and unique. Thanks for your service.

Dean is amazing. He took my grandmothers ring and helped me design and reset it for my engagement ring. I love it. He also custom designed the band to match. He is so nice and talented. I would not go anywhere else. Can’t recommend them enough. Best customer service. My parents have gone here for years and I see why.

Went to Bacovin Jewelers to get a repair for my wife's rings, Dean and Kim were great explaining to me how they could help me with fixing my wife's rings. Dean said it would be a few days and he'd call me right on time. Picked up my wife's rings and they looked awesome she will be totally excited about it! Bacovin Jewelers did an awesome job.
