I’ve been here twice so far because Midas is always busy and I’ve always went to Midas, but after today I won’t be going back to Midas, I found a new place for my car needs! Both times I’ve had services done here it’s been more than amazing! The customer service is top notch and they really care! I appreciate that so much. Thanks to James for installing my battery for me on such a short notice! You guys are amazing

These guys are the absolute best when it comes to customer service. This is my go to shop for repairs and I always stop in to get my air pressure in my tires checked. I stopped in Monday for air in my tires. Graham assisted me with a smile on his face and pleasant casual conversation. He noticed my back cap was off of my valve stem and went into the shop to replace it. You best bet I will be back in a couple weeks to get my tires checked again.

My car broke down this past Saturday. I called AAA to have it towed to the shop on Delhi Pike. On Monday morning AAA called me to say they completed a diagnostic test on my car and found my alternator and battery were dead and needed to be replaced. I got a ride to pick up my car, paid over $1,000 for the work and took it home. Within an hour my battery light came on so I called AAA Delhi Pike. I was told that wasn’t good and to bring it up immediately. I dropped my car off at 5:20pm. The man at the front asked if I could leave it overnight and he’d personally make sure to have it looked at first thing in the AM… Tuesday morning comes and goes, no word. I called the store at 12pm only to be told they weren’t aware my car was there or that there was an issue. I was told they’d look at it right away and they’d call me back. At 2pm I called again just to be told they hadn’t found anything wrong with it until a minute before I called back. I was told they were running tests and would call me back within minutes. 5pm comes and still no word. My husband drove up there just to be told the same exact thing I was told at 2pm. I called at 9am on Wednesday and was told once again they are currently looking at it and I’d have a call back within a few hours. I called again at 2pm, still no information. I finally got a phone call at 4pm stating they have called the Hyundai dealership and they were getting closer to maybe figuring out what was wrong and asked if I’d be okay with leaving my car there one more night and an expert in computer systems was stopping in just to look at my car. I asked what time and was told they weren’t certain but I’d get a call first thing in the morning letting me know what time the expert would be there. At 2pm on Thursday I called just to be told the gentleman who gave me this information the night before was scheduled off today… I finally had enough and just picked up my car. I feel I was given the run around for days. I am also wondering if maybe the alternator and battery weren’t bad but instead something else was wrong all along. My family and I will never deal with AAA Delhi Pike again.

We needed new rear tires on my 2017 Ford Dually Truck that tows a 20,000 pound 5th Wheel RV, right before a trip to Maine. I called the local AAA Tire & Auto location on 9/3, and asked for a price on 4, Michelin LT245R-17 A/T 2, like I have on the front. It’s the standard tire for the Ford, with a load rating of 121 (3,195 pounds) and max PSI of 80. They gave me the price, and I dropped it off the morning of 9/4.
I received a call that morning that they could not get the tires with raised white letters. Not a big deal, I told them - go ahead and install them. I picked the truck up later that afternoon, took a quick glance at the tires and noted they were indeed blackwalls. I did not inspect the tires and placed the receipt in the glove box.
On 9/5, the morning we left, I checked the air pressure on the trucks computer, which showed all 4 of the new tires at 77 or 78 PSI, which is required for towing, then completed the other tasks all RVer’s are familiar with, and headed to Maine.
On 9/6, my computer showed one of the 4 new tires was down 12 PSI. So I took a closer look, and noticed the tires were not what I ordered, but another Michelin - LTX 245/75R17 M/S 2.
A quick, panicked look on the Michelin website for my truck told me that the tire was more of a smoother riding highway tire, but for my truck, the tire did offer a load rating of 121 (3,195 pounds) like the A/T. Not ideal to have mis-matched tires, but the tires were acceptable.
On the morning of 9/7, my computer indicated the same tire was down 14 PSI. I took a much closer look at the specs, and cursed.
The actual tires this shop put on were Michelin LTX M/S2 245/75R17 112S, with a load rating of 112 (2,445 lbs) and a max PSI of 44. This shop sold me tires meant for a car or SUV, not a heavy duty truck used for towing. And over-filled the tires to the point of leaking our outright failure.
If this shop had followed Michelins specifications and put 44 PSI of air in each tire, my trucks computer would have set off continuous low air pressure warnings for the tires, before I had even put the truck in drive to leave their shop. I would have never accepted the tires had I known the tires were for a car.
Those who tow anything, know this could have been a catastrophic mistake. This company sold me the 4 completely unusable tires (Michelin's own Documentation says replace these tires with a load rating equal to, or greater than, what's being replaced), installed them, over-filled the tires with air (to fool my trucks computer) to the point of almost complete failure, and sent me on my way.
I now am the proud owner of 4 tires that must be replaced on my dime. When this shop was a Goodyear shop, it never would have made a mistake like this. This mistake could have resulted in a $250,0000 personal property loss, in addition to potential serious injuries or death, to my wife and I.

They are taxing out the a** at these locations. You can MOST DEFINITELY find cheaper 5 minutes away. I got charged almost $200 for an hour of just having my car looked at. TERRIBLE auto shop for the times we are in. No help whatsoever.

Visited 1/2/2024. After purchasing two new tires and alignment I noticed a fee on my bill for shop/environment of $40. Suspected I was getting ripped off and checked the bill from my last tire purchase and found shop/environment fee was $6.98. I own seven cars and up until today exclusively bought tires here at Delhi location but not anymore. Shop employee told me that every customer gets charged $40 now.
