Our family has always loved Dewey’s!! In the past year though the pizzas seem underdone when we’ve gotten them at the restaurant or done carry out…it makes us question now whether the price difference ($24-$28 for a Dewey’s vs $10-12 for a “chain pizza” ) is worth it! We love the service…top notch always; atmosphere is great; it’s really the pizza that has maybe changed…maybe a new cooking method?? Just being transparent!!

I placed a carry out order. And the pizza was pretty good. But not great. And not what I have come to expect from Dewey’s which has been superlative for many years. I’ve been ordering from the original Oakley location since it opened. So why wasn’t the pizza so great? Mostly because they skimped on ingredients. Not enough cheese. Or pepperoni. Or onions. And the pizza was not cheap. Here’s my other concern. After I placed my carry out order, I was asked if I wanted to add a gratuity. What’s up with that? One of the reasons I order carry out is because I don’t want to add 15% or 20% for the server. But now they’re asking for a gratuity when a customer orders, carry out? I know that that seems to be the trend. But I’m not a fan. The employees who are filling my order should be paid minimum wage or more. Not the typical reduced hourly wage that servers are paid (which is ridiculous) which is why I tip generously when I eat in a restaurant. Because I know servers are paid a reduced hourly wage. And customers are supposed to tip well. But why should the customer pay an additional gratuity for employees that are already being paid At least minimum wage (and hopefully more) by the company…?Bottom line, I would encourage Dewey’s to refrain from asking carryout customers to pay a gratuity. Also, if this company wants to keep my business, the quality of their pizza needs to take a step up.

Great experience all around. Service was excellent and spot on. Atmosphere was fun. Don't know of many pizza places where you can watch them flip the pizza dough anymore. Thanks for a great time with the family.

We all know you put crack in your dough don’t act like you don’t. It’s the good stuff too, probably why the pizza is a bit

Good Dewey’s location. They are really fast w consistent great service. My biggest thing about Dewey’s is even in prime tomato season they have the worst looking tomato’s on the pizza. I wish Dewey’s would locally source and use what’s in season when possible, it would be 10x better =).Take out is super easy - pull up in a marked spot, text the number, they bring out your food!

Have eaten there several times this time very disappointing. My Calzone ingredients were so skimpy. Mosty was pizza dough. Not enough servers. Won't go back there again .

Deweys pizza is truly so tasty. I’m never disappointed because the flavor is great.I’m not gonna lie, it’s a little expensive. I wish the price was a little more affordable so I can share it at parties, but for now I’ll just enjoy it!!
