Came across this retail merchant on the web. Astounded by the company name.!. I had to take a look! Upon arriving.. I looked up and saw it. DICKS. When I tell you I lost my marbles.. I am understating my reaction. So I walk past the automatic sliding doors… nice touch by the way you honey bunches of oats.. and to my enormous disappointment, this retail merchant does NOT sell what I thought they sold. I mean it’s literally in the
name. There I was a big ol’ fool standing there amongst sporting equipment when I drove 1500 Kilometers to purchase Dick Van Dyke memorabilia! However, my experience changed 720° (Fahrenheit ;) ) when my main man Terrance Peterson handed me a Mountain Dew (patent
pending TM) and gave me a great deal on the bathroom. Five stars.

We come to this location all the time. This was my first time feeling like I got racially profiled. I was picking up my online order an the guy asked to see my email an ID, no problem so I get my order an the lady behind me asked so you need to anything from me he says no. Then another African American lady is picking up her things he ask her for her ID AN EMAIL. if its protocol shouldn't all customers get asked for the same identification.

I ordered an NFL jersey for my husband for our anniversary. I placed the order before 2:00 PM, and it was guaranteed to be delivered same day 7:00. It’s 9:00, and no delivery. Dick’s refuses to cancel the order. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS AND MONEY…DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM DICK’S.

Literally the worst Dick’s store. They never have any of the shoes in stock & some of employees have no customer service skills. And some of them are not friendly at all.

I had to go to the Westchester location because, the Colerain location, did not have the shoes I wanted or needed. I am glad I went to Westchester, the sales associate was amazing and I met another RN there and they helped me chose the right shoe as an RN. Thanks so much🥰

One star is too much for this place I had just brought my daughter a pair of dunks and a Stanley cup when I got to the parking lot my car was overheating so I had to sit awhile the manager then comes out the store and without even asking me if I was having trouble she sat in her car and proceeded to call the police and say I was loitering after I just left her store with receipt … remind you during the day during business hours in a private lot didn’t know that was a crime !!! thank god Colerain police was understanding and just proceeded to tell us to pull towards Walmart to let our car cool down enough to get home . Since when was it illegal to shop and sit in a parking lot especially having car issues without the cops being called wasting tax payers dollars for a waste of time isn’t there other things they could be monitoring more important situations . If she needs police to deal with her customers maybe she should just hire them as management and cut the middle man !!!! Rant over ?

Found an exercise bike online. Was able to see and try it out there. Sales guy talked more about the 3rd party extended warranty than the bike...Like the shoes and sometimes find a shirt i like here

Be careful they don’t check their security tags on their clothes when I tried on my shorts the sharp part of the tag wasn’t removed so I took the tag back to the store and the store manager was rude and didn’t even care about what happened so beware and check your clothes before putting them on even better go to another store before you get cut because they don’t check your security tags
