This location eastgate IS RAN LIKE A TOTAL JOKE MARCUS THE MANAGER IS UNTRUTHFUL AND DOES WHATEVER HE WANTS AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE BAR NONE THE WORST I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Questionable that that’s why you guys trust a major release to…not to mention your store!!! Was told one thing by a front desk about showing up to buy a pair of pretty expensive shoes that were being released this morning. I explained to the young lady that I hadn’t won the raffle…she told me they had a pair of 11.5 anyways at 9:47am and to get there right away and they would have them at the front desk for me…upon my arrival I was told I had to then wait till 12:00pm to purchase the shoes not picked up by raffle winners…EVEN THOUGH I HAD JUST BEEN TOLD BY AN EMPLOYEE TO GET THERE RIGHT AWAY (I screwed up I didn’t get her name) but an hour later at 11:45am Marcus the manager came over and told myself and 6 other people who were waiting patiently in line that we now had to wait until 2 PM AND THAT’S IF THE RESERVED PAIRS WEREN’T PICKED UP
BY THEN…which that has never been how it works in the past they always let them go at noon… So I’m wasting OVER 5 hours out of my day because the manager is making information up as he goes along TOTAL JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!!!! And after waiting for just under 5 hours of my day the pair of 11.5’s that I was about to purchase at 2pm were picked up by the raffle winner of that size AT 1:50 Lmao

Young Lady with dark brown hair was incredibly rude when I asked for a dressing room. Also this location does not do military discount for active duty service members. I find this quite wrong as I've been to numerous Dick’s Sporting Goods all over Ohio and have never been turned down when I've shown my military ID. Shame on this location for not supporting our troops.

Literally the most horrible customer service. Don’t plan on getting shoes here. They disappear in the back & never come back. While you stand in the exact same spot for 20-30 mins waiting to find a specific item. Turns out, the guy found the item & laid it down some where… and took off. Another employee asked if they could help me, and I told them I was waiting on the guy to bring out the shoes AND the shoes were brought out & were laid down in some random spot on the opposite side of the shoe area, instead of given to me.

Received coupon in mail for free sleeve of Taylor Made golf balls. Went to golf section in store and was immediately told by associate that they don't have them and never will have them. When I inquired about the flyer I was told to call corporate. I cracked a joke about calling the Attorney General ( it was a joke) and the associate really escalated his attitude and was rude. Was told that most stores never received the golf balls. The " coupon" was only to bring people in. He gave me a customer service number to call and complain. In my opinion this is fraudulent advertising and the combative sales person only added to the frustration.

Walked in couldn't find what I was looking for. The only employee's I saw where at the check out wich were by the exit and what I wanted was on the other side of the store so I left and got what I needed at Walmart

I had the sweetest cashier and possible trainer. Regardless they were a team and so helpful! It's the holidays and every store is overwhelming. People aren't always at their best, this time of the year. I know I was feeling it. Those young girls went out of their way to be kind and caring. It's much appreciated!
