Everyday it seems an employee is always yelling at the dogs, they have an outside yard for them and all it takes is for a dog or 2 to bark, (like a dog does), and they scream at them to stop. Definitely won't take my dog here and u shouldn't either.....
Updated review...... Never hear that employee telling at the dogs no more, I know did we kid and there needs to be an alpha directing them but before it was just telling to be mean, now u actually hear carring, corrective, direction from the staff.

Sal always loves his time at Dogtown. I’m so grateful to be able to go out of town and know my baby is being taken care of by the wonderful team at Dogtown.

I have had the very worst experience working with Dogtown. With dogs bitting me 5 different times and one additional dog attacking me. The staff will never put a incident report in or let owners know of the the dogs are doing. Staff were mad horrible to work with. The communication was severely non existent.!!!!!

I know that my dog is safe and very well cared for by all of the people that work here. They always keep me updated on her behavior and if they notice anything different about her and I can see on the webcams just how much care they give to each dog. This is worth every penny!

My dog is currently there and injured
The staff didn't even notice. We went out of the country on vacation. I asked that he be taken to my vet. My vacation is ruined which doesn’t matter.....most important the thing that matters most to me is hurt. Please save your animals from the ineptness of dog Town. An injury can hopefully be fixed but....not thanks to dogtown.

If you haven't been to Dogtown for a while, now is the time to come back! I know that I have a difficult pup, but she is greeted lovingly when she arrives. They have therapies that are helping her come out of her shell. They have plans available to meet whatever your needs are.

Disclaimer: I do NOT live in Cincinnati. Have never visited this facility in person. After doing research for a project I am working on finding a camera solution for a dog facility and viewing their cameras I would give them five stars. If I lived closer I would definitely bring my dogs to this facility.

Dogtown Downtown Cincinnati has been our go-to dog daycare provider for months now. From the minute we walk in the door, till we pick the pups up after a visit, it is clear that everyone there really cares about the dogs they take care of! And as an added bonus, they have cameras so you can check in on your furry kids through their stay!

I can't say enough about how much we love Dogtown! I have been taking my dog there for a couple years, and the staff have made such an effort to get to know him and his quirks. They have gone above and beyond to ensure he and the other dogs are safe, having fun, and developing appropriate social skills. I always get a report on how he did that day, and the staff give me suggestions for how to work on things at home with him. I'm so grateful for them and they have helped him become a happier and better adjusted dog.

Family moved to Cincy in July. Dogtown became an immediate "must" as hours, availability to bring pet in, and staff, are awesome. They're super helpful with our 2-year-old Basset/Pit. Donna (head trainer) and staff have helped us immensely in building confidence in our former shelter dog (we've had him 7 months), who has struggled with coexisting with other dogs. Appreciate their cameras so you can keep an eye on your buddy online. (Got to watch staff for a little bit and see how they worked with him.) I can't imagine it's perfect there among the dogs. Heck, our dog has probably been a pain in the butt sometimes...But I trust they care for the animals as if they were their own.
