Don’t walk in here without the expectation of waiting 15+ minutes in line to checkout. Consistently the SLOWEST dollar store anywhere near Oakley / Hyde Park. Additionally, I have been here on multiple occasions before they are supposed to be closed, i’m talking at least half hour, and the employees won’t let you in.

As I walked in, I was told by the associate that "I could leave my bags up front." I had a reusable shopping bag (as I had just shopped at Kroger) and my backpack (which i carry all the time since I ride the bus). First of all, I am not leaving my bags with anyone but me. Secondly, I am not shopping at any store that assumes I am a shoplifter.

I always love going in Dollars Tree. Because they are helpful and kind to me.

There was plenty of stock but the store looks & smells like the WORST thrift store you can imagine apon walking in & throughout the store. I just needed a few balloons . Had to leave w/o them both. Couldn't take stepping over the trash. Went to Party City instead.

Store is in awful shape and dirty. Shelves are a disaster with merchandise all over the place, and a lot of the items are not in stock or still in boxes. Since the new concept started, the aisles are very long with no breaks in the middle to be able to get to other aisles faster. The longer aisles make walking the store painful for the older or mobility challenged adults that used to run in the store. The checkout conveyor belts are broken so you have to unload your cart while being rung up. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Mt Washington, Anderson, Deer Park....anywhere but here!

I like taking the kids here to spend tooth fairy money. It's fun that no matter what they pick out I know the cost!

Still one of my favorite places to shop for events... I just came while they were in the middle of restocking, so a lot of the merchandise was not available.

I'm moving so I had a lot of things to buy. Even with a long line, Ms. Denise took her time and was very nice. Her coworkers stepped up and opened more lanes to help get others checked out. Best experience at a Dollor Tree ever!

I asked employee who answered the phone for directions. She didn't know the answer and hung up on me. Rude, unprofessional and untrained. I called back and the manager didn't know either.

A total dumpster fire inside and out! Oakley should have them closed as a nuisance business. An unbelievable amount of trash outside and totally trashed inside. You can't even get a cart thru the aisles. The company and manager of this store should be embarrassed. I recommend anyone in the area to drive by this business and go inside if you dare. It is horrible. One look at their team members "working" and you'll know why this store is in decline. Is this part of the Oakley revitalization? It needs to be shut down immediately!

Well I have been in several stores, but I thought since it was in a better part of town that it would be well stocked, when I walked in it looked very ghetto .

Wasn't good today. Crowded, dirty, and aisles cluttered with half filled stocking carts. Shortage of help is really showing.
