It was closed for over 6 mos due to plumbing issues and guess what?? It is closed again!! Went there 2x this week and there was a sign that said “closed til further notice.” Why close again right before the holidays?! Seriously, the owner should give up this location and give the retail space to another store that will be open on a regular basis. Getting tired of this place.

When is this location opening back up? They have been closed since Christmas. I keep hearing due to plumbing but it don't take that long to fix a plumbing issue.

We want to know why your closed for over a month. I’ve worked for retail and I’m telling you fixing plumbing doesn’t take this long. What’s going on? All I know is. When you do decide to re-open lots of customers are going to want answers and won’t be very happy. Which your company and employees are making that decision of lack of communication to update customers and that’s yalls choice. So don’t be surprised when y’all re open when Customers are upset. Great store, very clean, and very cool employees . FYI, the reason why it’s not open is because they are having plumbing issues and apparently the company or the owner of the establishment are trying to figure something out. One day it smelled so bad in the store people were leaving. As someone who used to work in retail, when it comes to retail and companies like this no one cares to fix anything sometimes , it’s not the employees fault as I’m seeing other peoples reviews on here blaming employees so easily their just doing their job. Hopefully they’ll resolve the issue soon and open again.

Blue Ash has the cleanest dollar tree I've been in. Well stocked with few boxes in the aisle to put away. Has a nice variety.
