If you're looking for a local jeweler and don't where to start, start with Huedepohl. They provided high quality jewelry, extremely helpful and educational customer service, and very fair pricing that's worth every penny. Austin was a pleasure to work with, as well. I don't spend a lot of money on jewelry, but when I do, I'll spend it at Huedepohl.

Really fantastic customer service! I lost a uniquely-colored sapphire from my engagement ring - hudepohl worked with me to find an even better one to replace it. After the first one didnt look right (it was my bad, the picture I showed them didnt have great lighting) they ordered 6 more stones for me to pick from. The cost for the new, slightly bigger stone + a new setting for it was really reasonable compared to an initial estimate I had received from another place. Really happy with the whole process!

I have a tantalum wedding ring my fiance bought for me in Ireland. When I tried on the ring in Dublin, the ring fit great! Probably from a result of an over indulgence of Guinness and Irish Stews.Trying on the ring back home a few months later, it was about a full size too big. The Guinness swelling had subsided.I called about 20 jewelers in Cincinnati. None were willing to try to resize Tantalum other than Hudepohl. Lo and behold, it was extremely easy to do, and they even did the resize free of charge.I will be back with all future jewelry issues. My fiance’s ring is platinum with a nice diamond. I expect to happily pay full price for all future work we need.Thanks Hudepohl!

I absolutely love Barry and his team. Amazing customer service. Wonderful, caring humans. I grew up in Cincy and bought my wife's engagement ring there 10 years ago and now live in Denver and just purchased a 10 year anniversary gift. I saw something I liked out here in Denver. I sent Barry a picture and he had his team fabricate it using higher quality stone. Cost came in significantly less and it looks better than the picture I sent. Thank you for being experts and being so thoughtful on your approach and care of your clients.

Austin was tremendous. The best customer service experience I have ever had. I told him what I wanted and he got several diamonds in and met me in Lexington to show me; when I changed my mind on the diamond, he got several more to show me without hesitation. They did an excellent job all around: the diamond was perfect; the service was exceptional; and the cost was very reasonable. This is the perfect place to shop for your engagement ring. My husbands family have been going to Hudepohl for years. My husband got my engagement ring here and then we got our bands here as well. When my dad said he wanted to do something special for my mom for her 60th, I knew just the place! I told Barry our idea and they worked with us every step of the way. When the ring came in, I was in awe. They did an amazing job helping me bring the idea to life (7 oval diamonds on a band for her 7 kids). Austin and Barry helped make the surprise for my mom so special. They had champagne and flowers and did a really nice job!! While she was there they also were able to resize and clean her other rings, which she had needed to do for years. My mom is so happy with her ring. So easy to work with, so friendly, so accommodating. This family owned business definitely deserves 5+ stars!

I’m lucky to say I have many beautiful pieces of jewelry from Hudepohl Jewelers. The necklaces, rings, and earrings I received from them are absolutely gorgeous. The friendly staff always ensures each of the pieces are exactly how I want them including fitting them to perfection. Susan has always been especially helpful and goes above and beyond with any expectations I have. She is incredibly kind, funny, and helpful.
