Had an incredible experience with Devon helping repair my drivers on my printer. Amazing! Within 30 minutes of calling the office, my issue was resolved, and Devon is polite, professional and brilliant. I could not be happier!!

Donnellon McCarthy disappears at the end of a contract. Working to determine a payoff balance, I was given a number in a call and then ignored. Asking to verify it, asking for backup, asking for assistance with the banking contact for a month, with no response from our direct sales rep or the sales manager. I sent weekly emails asking for updates as well as voicemails left on cell phones and work extensions. I have been trying to no avail for 45 days now. I will never use them for business contracts again.

We have been with DME for many, many years and have always had great customer service. My copier was not corresponding with my computer and thank goodness we have DME. I spoke with Devon from IT and he determined it was something that needed to be taken care of onsite. He was here within an hour and better yet got us back in business in even less time. Devon is very knowledgeable, kind and informative. He is a real asset to DME. A KEEPER!!!

My copier went down and Devon was unable to remotely fix the issue. Within an hour he arrived and was able to get the copier up and running. Besides great service, he was very knowledgeable, kind and friendlyDevon is an asset to DME.

Devon was great! He tried to help me remotely at first but when he was unable to fix the issue. He came to the church and had us printing in less than a half hour. He was friendly and professional.

What an extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind IT guy! Devon took so much time trying to figure out the issues we were dealing with. Devon Willits has been an amazing help to me after we received our new printer. I had issues setting up many laptops and again with scanning from the new machine. Each time I spoke with him he was excellent at solving the issues and was very professional. He is a great guy and very easy to work with. I think he is the best tech I have worked with over the 10+ years we have had Donnellon McCarthy machines!

We rarely ever have issues with our old Savin copier but when we do, D-M is very promptly responsive. Today, Devon did an outstanding job of getting us through an IT issue that had nothing to do with the copier itself. He was super friendly and down to earth. Problem resolved within a very short time.
