They are fast and efficient here and a smile is definitely a part of their uniform! Lovely team, great prices… I should mention their windshield sticker is not ugly like most either … you see that everyday in the car!!

I came in today for an oil change. What brought me in was a) I needed my oil changed and b) there was a coupon from ValPak for $44.99. After my service was finished I was told that they would not honor the coupon because it was for the Donovan’s Auto and Tire Service not for Donovan’s Express Oil Center. I asked “aren’t they the same business?” Turns out they aren’t? I pointed out that the logo on the gentleman’s shirt matched the logo on the coupon. He did take $8 off my service but I still left having spent roughly $20 more than I expected. Frustrating when you’re trying to support local businesses

Love these guys. They’re clear about what’s best for the car and don’t try and upsell even when it would be so easy. (I was asking about one of the packages and their honest answers to my questions made me realize I wouldn’t need it all, so went with the single and cheaper oil change). They also helped reattach a piece of plastic which had come loose a couple days after getting serviced- they had me in and out in a few minutes, no extra fee.

Oil changes are quick and they always fill my tires and fluids too. They also assisted me in resetting the oil notification in my vehicle. Great customer service.

Today my car was overheating and it just happened to be right outside their shop. I pulled in asked if I could buy some antifreeze. The Gentlemen, came out, look at my car. Filled it with antifreeze and my heat started working and he also pointed out where I needed a new clamp And my car stopped overheating. They were just being good samaritans. This place is awesome. I would bring my car here anytime.

Small wait, but worth it. Friendly, knowledgeable gentlemen who got tings done in 15 mins or so. Being short it is hard to change the wipers so he did it for me. I take my car to Donovans across the street for repairs so I like keeping it in the same company. Thanks for doing a good job!

My experience was quick but it showed the honesty of the Business. I thought I needed an oil change but didn’t have time to go to the dealership. Justin noticed that when my oil was changed last that my car settings were not changed correctly. Not sure if the dealership did it on purpose or not but now I know what to look for now. They filled my tires for me too as well.

Check all my car fluids replaced them. Put air into tires. I was in and out less then 20min. Customers service was great. Very pleased with the services. Price was very reasonable and also changed windshield wipers. I recommend them it's a drive thru service.
