I was overcharged for service as well as not receiving what I asked for. When asked to have it fixed, was given quotes for more services and could not accommodate my schedule. Over priced and unqualified!

Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.

Allen, and Abby are phenomenal. Along with everyone else in the facility. This has been our favorite place for about 3 years now and we won’t go anywhere else!! Great for groups also!!

Kimberly, is an absolute legend. She listened to me, she walked me through every step of my hair cut! It was my first salon experience, and it was amazing! The owner is super nice as well! I’ve been coming here for my past few haircuts and I get exactly what I want every time. Sein is amazing and all the layers I ask for come out perfect. She is super knowledgable on what would be best for the health of my hair. The salon itself is super clean and the surrounding location is great. Would recommend getting your hair cut here!
