Great shoe store with a wide variety of sizes and styles. Clearance racks had a few great gems. Price was reasonable and checkout was easy.

First impression, the entrance needs upkeep (cleaning and painting) but, the rest of the store looks ok. Customer service was very good.

Of all the staff we only disliked one. And that was because when asking about a child's shoe this girl literally rolled her eyes, and dismissed me. The rest of the staff are great and make it a pleasant experience. Nice variety. Great prices. I since downloaded the app because l they made me feel so heard at this location, I'm not buying shoes for our family anywhere else.

Didn't find any shoes at all. My grandson wasn't happy. So we went to Shoe Caranvillia best place to get shoes and the price is not to bad.

Tried to order online and pick up same day. Said it was in stock at this store. My order was automatically canceled in the store with no notice. They emailed later on and now I cannot use my coupon that I had applied to the order. Their "fix" was to send me a 20 percent off coupon and that I could reorder and essentially pay twice and wait for reimbursement... ugh not cool!

The store itself is very clean and spacious, huge with mostly lots of selection. The issue is that I personally have a big hoof and looking in the clearance section, they had ZeRo oPTiOnS. The shoe itself was either too expensive or just not very pretty. Also, because it's clearance, they had multiple pairs of the same shoe which backs up the fact that there wasn't much choice. Although I feel obliged to add that they had pretty claw clips and really good quality water bottles.

I got a pair of Adidas shoes and they had the metal thing in it and I have to take it back to remove it.
