I had an incredible experience with Dubwerx. The staff was probably the friendliest staff I have worked with at any automotive shop. They were also extremely helpful in explaining the fixes needed, and even went as far to explain to me what I were to risk if I opted out of the applicable fixes for any amount of time.
As a bonus, this is the only automotive shop I have been to that offers covering your Uber service after dropping your car off, if needed!

I took my car in for diagnostics the clock spring wasn’t calibrated. They were honest about a mistake that was made and they were quick with the repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

If you have a European car of ANY kind, don't waste your time taking it to anyone else but these guys. The entire crew is very kind and will always be very thorough in explaining what's going on with your car. Their turnaround on getting your car fixed is faster than anywhere else I have ever been. I've taken both an Audi and a Volkswagen to these people and they are consistently the highest performers for the best possible price for All repairs and maintenance.. super friendly staff, and little things like a new fob battery or replacing a light bulb they pretty much do for free....

Liam and the Entire team at Dubwerx did a wonderful job explaining the repairs my car needed and are Top Quality mechanics! They set me up with a loaner car and assured me that would fix the problems in a timely manner . I won’t go back to the Dealership ever again. I brought my 2019 Tiguan to DubWerx 3 times for front end rattle last year. After several attempts at fixing it they told me they couldn’t find anything and that “sometimes lowered cars make noises”.
Fast forward to me being fed up with 3 independent and 3 dealership trips - I decided to take up the repair on my own. With a jack, torque wrench, set of $30 MOOG endlinks, and zero knowledge of automobile suspension components, I was able to fix my rattle. But not after spending nearly $1500 to have it diagnosed by “professionals”.
It was simple - the end links weren’t adjusted for the length of the drop. No one even thought to look at it, or see what springs I was running, which tells me they didn’t really try and diagnose it. And it wasn’t hidden. The endlinks were loose by just pulling on - them even under load.
The place is clean and service advisors were nice, even removing labor for one of the times they investigated. They even do free uber rides. but I won’t be taking any of my cars back for service. Dealership is the same price for most basic service if not cheaper (like brakes).

I have a 2003 Audi TT convertible that needed the front and rear suspensions replaced due to corrosion. The first place that i took it to said that they could not find all the parts needed as many of them are not available aftermarket. I took it to Dubwerx after reading their reviews. Liam was confident that they could find all the parts that were needed , aftermarket & used parts and they did. This was quite a project! It took about a month from planning to completion. The car now looks as good underneath as the rest of the car. Their communication is as good as their work!

I had a great experience! Highly recommend to anyone, great crew. Everyone was professional and friendly! Very fast service as well. They will even pay for Ubers back to your house if you don’t want to wait in the shop.
