I really want this company to explain to me how is it fair that I have to pay for energy I don’t use. Whose bright idea was it to charge us a percentage of the whole complex versus the energy I use in my unit. This is insane. My bill has never been over 200 now it’s over 400. Very disappointing

I’ve had my fair share of HORRIBLE experiences with Dukes Customer service, but today I had an amazing experience with Sonya and Tamikah! Both ladies went above and beyond for me and feel like they should be recognized due to all the bad past experiences I’ve had. Thank you ladies🩷
