EDIT: They called back and said they would refund me for the cupcake that was never delivered.I ordered the package with a ballon, fruit bouquet and a cupcake for my friend. She never got the cupcake.

I have been a customer of Edible Arrangements for over ten years, and I have always enjoyed the quality of the products and the customer service. I have used the Greater Orlando, Florida stores for my needs.For Valentine's Day this year, I wanted to do something for a relative in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, area who was going through a personal rough time. For me, it was a no-brainer to send an Edible Arrangement. I submitted the delivery request to the place of employment, and after waiting to hear something, I contacted Store # 1647 on Edwards Road for a status check on the delivery. I spoke with a female employee who was very pleasant and professional. She told me the delivery had yet to go out and would go out when the driver returned. I explained to the employee that it was almost 5:30 pm, the recipient was no longer at work and would not get them, and based on their work schedule, they would be working from home the next day(2/15/24). I asked if I could change the delivery address so that the delivery would occur on the 15th since they were not delivered on Valentine's Day. The employee took the residential address and advised me that the items would be delivered to the residence. I was advised that the items were still delivered to the place of employment instead of the corrected residential address.The recipient received the items when they returned to work two days later(2/16/24). I have attempted numerous times to contact the store via telephone and at various times over the last two days without success.At a time when I was attempting to uplift a loved one who was experiencing a difficult personal situation, this was a very disappointing experience.

Like no hours of operation on door or window and I just came all the way to store due to online says closes at 6 and I’m here a hr early for no one to be in store REALLY?????

Ordered from this store for my daughters birthday. They did amazing. Delivery on time. Great customer service! The only part would be if buying online, if you could add the tip for driver on there before checking out. You have to go store and tip because it wasn’t working online. Sadly, I don’t live there.

Placed an order with this store because I had an issue with another location. The previous location couldn’t get my order delivered in time. And they failed to call and let me know. I tried this location and the website allowed me to place the order but when I called to confirm they let me know they couldn’t get it delivered either. Edible arrangements is a joke. I will never order something from there again. Beware anyone that buys something. Now I have to try and get a second refund.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I get a call 2 hours later informing me their delivery drivers are already out for the day, so too bad it won’t be delivered. Not exaggerating about how it was handled either, no type of apology or offer of a discount for the inconvenience, nothing. I accepted Monday delivery without any type of attitude or complaining. Just took it and moved on. They tried delivery at 11:30am on Monday, you know the time most ppl are at work. When the delivery driver didn’t get an answer at the door in 30 seconds, they left. I called and spoke to the driver, who told me they won’t just leave it and she doesn’t know if or when they would even attempt to deliver again. Like it was an inconvenience to her to do her job and deliver the bouquet I paid for. I decide at this point, I’m done. I call the store for a refund. The girl I talk to issues the refund without any hassle, but when I explained what happened and told her I was upset, she made no attempt to apologize for everything or try to keep my business. Overall the customer service was horrible. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

Very good customer service. I was lost and the younge lady helped me by giving me landmarks to find them. Centrally located, and clean. My order did take quite a while for 6 chocolate covered bananas, and 6 chocolate covered strawberries but they taste so good that it was worth the wait.

Not trying to offend anyone or the worker lady seems nice. I waited for 30ish minutes perhaps longer. First time here too. Smoothie machine wasn't working, originally were going to get refund then machine was working again. Gave me a broken straw they didn't have any lids. What she should've done was at least gave me a discount.
