I got a delivery of 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries for a birthday. when we opened it, it had fluid at the bottom of each cup. I called the store and explained. The rep said that their strawberries sweat a little, but they should be ok to eat. They were NOT. the fruit was squishy. I called back and the rep said she would speak with the manager and manager would call me. Manager called the next day and said that they were fine when they left the store. She was rude and argumentative, refused to replace them or give store credit. Terrible experience for such a high priced product. very dissapointed.

Wow. Yesterday went to pick up my birthday freebie and had a great conversation with the guy working. Always fast, friendly service. Great tasting fruit. Definitely worth the cost!

I ordered a beautiful birthday basket for my Mother from Edible Arrangements and she LOVED IT!! She is sharing with her neighbors and they were WOWED on how pretty it is!! The fruit was very fresh and ripe, the chocolate was the right amount of sweetness! This is not my first time buying from this company and it won't be my last:)

I would never order from them again first time and last time. wasn’t on time with the order and the lady I spoke to was trying to be nice but she was rude Hung up On me ... ??

I would give half of a star if I could. I walked in to pick up my order and Amy was the one to help me unfortunately. There was confusion with my order and she immediately started getting a nasty attitude when I showed her my order details and confirmation on my phone. She huffed and puffed and raised her voice at me so I told her she didn't need to and it was very unnecessary to do so. I told her if she hated her job and was miserable she should find a different job. Then she went and got Darla. The manager supposedly who tried to excuse Amy's behavior by saying they were just really busy. Being really busy doesn't excuse behavior that attacks the paying customer. I was so fed up I had to ask for my order five times because she kept wanting to argue. I will probably never purchase another edible arrangement just based on this experience itself. I wish it could have gone differently because this is my first time ever buying from them. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

Always treated kindly and professionally at the Glenway location. Staff friendly, so helpful, and answer all questions with a smile. Love to buy these Edible Flowers!!

We have ordered several arrangements from this location and others. The last one was slightly over $130 and we will definitely NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. The melons (cantaloupe and honeydew were hard (I assume not ripe) and half of each strawberry was white and/or green -- more unripe fruit. The number of red grapes was disappointing but I can only assume it met their standard. After we cut away the hard fruit and discard it (or spit it out), we stopped by and explained our disappointment and asked for a credit-- NOT a refund just a credit. She said "I'm not going to give you a credit for a little bad melon!" Well, I hope she doesn't mind losing a repeat customer plus I don't mind telling you not to trust getting good quality fruit for someone important to you, or an important occasion OR don't count on customer service. When you cut or scoop a melon you can tell by the resistance if you are getting too firm or too mushy a melon. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE for a FRUIT BUSINESS! Buyer Beware!

I had to cancel an order I placed and spoke with Drew. He was SO pleasant and efficient! I just had to write here how nice he was because I don't think employees get enough credit when they do something RIGHT! He was GREAT!

Wonderful arrangement of chocolate-covered fruits with baskets. I arranged for one of my customers visit the lady was very helpful and guaranteed delivery within a particular time despite having problems everybody loved the idea they also help me with bringing in cards and balloons saying thank you and putting the notes I would definitely recommend this for a corporate or any personal event

Received chocolate fruit as a gift. Several pieces of banana were mushy and brown. I have called twice. Each time they say I need to speak to someone else. Geez, give your employees the ability to make things right. What a hassle. I would not buy from them.
