If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not order from this store, unless you want frustrations and non-delivered orders. I placed an order on August 4th for a choose your own box and requested delivery on August 8th. On August 8th at 4:04 pm, I received a phone call stating the delivery driver did not think they would be able to make the delivery by 5pm. The location from the store to the delivery address was 17 miles and 20 minutes away (however taking into consideration this was rush hour on a Friday, of course they weren't going to make it). The employee asked if there was an alternate address they could deliver to and I asked if I could call her back. She said yes. I called her back at 4:10pm. No answer, left a voicemail. I called back at 4:25pm. No answer, left a voicemail. I called back at 4:52pm. No answer, left a voicemail to cancel the order and provide me a refund. This is the THIRD time I have ordered from this store and each time there is some type of problem with the delivery. I placed the same order for the same recipient in February and there was a problem with that order being delivered in a timely manner. The order I placed in May, 2021 there was a problem with that order being delivered in a timely manner. I like to be able to give multiple opportunities to retail stores to do better each time. I understand often stores are short staffed, etc. However, this time is completely unacceptable. I reached out to corporate and surprise, no response. Note: I did receive a refund, but that doesn't help with the birthday gift that didn't get delivered.

Real deal the worst service and management I’ve ever been in contact with, spent over $100 for 3 items, one of the 3 show up and that one item is melted, showed up at 8:10pm over 3 hours past the time said. Refuses to answer phone calls and is now texting me off personal phone stating no refunds but they’ll redeliver. This is a scam of a business. I repeat do not order from this location

I placed an order early this morning for delivery today and after reading reviews, was a bit panicked on what my experience would be like. I tried calling 20+ times throughout the day to try to get some questions answered, even left one message - not expecting to get a call back. I tried to cancel my order online, trying connect to the live chat with no success and kept regretting my decision. Then the status changed to out for delivery so I got more hopeful. Then a few hours later, the store called me back to answer the questions I had and she was SO KIND!! She talked through all of it with me, agreed on a solution for the delivery, and the order was delivered successfully while we were out, as I had instructed them to do - and everything is perfect! The order is entirely correct, everything was fresh and well packaged and it turns out, I had no reason to worry after all. Maybe that's a rare occurrence based on other reviews, but I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely order from them again! I only wish the tracking was a little better and at least gave an estimated delivery window.

Ordered online for my husband for our fourth anniversary. This morning when I found out he wasn't going to be in the office all day (plus after getting the confirmation last night that said they could deliver up until 5pm and he is off at 4 but typically leaves office by 3) I tried to cancel explaining why. No response. Then I get an order confirmation email from the store so I tried calling the store, no answer, left a voicemail asking since the order was confirmed to change the delivery address to our house instead so it didn't go to waste and for a return call. Never got a call back. Kept checking the tracking of the order and a little while later sent in an order inquiry, response I got was automated that it was sent to the manager of the store. Went all day not knowing what was going on with my order and still never received any information. Not sure if it was cancelled (charge still pending on my account) or just never made/delivered.
First time using edible arrangements and likely my last.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They dont answer the phone. They have terrible communication. The inside of the store looks a mess. They dont have enough staff. The arrangements are sloppy. I am very surprised that this location is still in business.
Long story short, my delivery didnt happen because no one was at the front desk at the time. They sent a text to pick it up at the store. I arrive to pick it up at the store and they said it wasn't there and to come back tomorrow. WHY TELL ME TO PICK IT UP TODAY THEN.!? Even after calling countless times, nobody EVER answers the phone. There is more to say about the experience, but to anyone reading this, just avoid doing business with this location.

This store is horrible, and everyone should avoid it at all costs to prevent a headache. I placed an order that was not delivered. I called all day and never got a response. I did receive a text from the driver to come to the store and pick it up, only to be told it's not at the store and that I cannot receive a refund. I cannot wait until this location closes, as customer service is nonexistent here.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I ordered same day delivery and it was NEVER delivered to the recipient. I’m not even joking when I say I called over TWENTY times and no one ever picked up or called me back when I left a voicemail. The corporate line also NEVER picked up. This company is a scam. It’s impossible to get a refund too. I spent fifty dollars and I still haven’t gotten it back:(, because no one is answering or responding to my refund tickets. I am heartbroken.

UPDATE: After multiple phone calls I finally was able to speak to an actual person. They did not know why my order never arrived and offered to send another or refund me. I took the refund and they also gave me a free box of chocolate covered strawberries. I had to go pick them up, but I was very grateful for that. However, I will not be ordering from them again because of how much trouble I had to go through and because I never actually got what I paid for, when I paid for it.
I placed an order here for the first time for a Father’s Day gift for my dad. The order did not arrive on Father’s Day, but because it falls on a Sunday I understand that. However, it is now a Wednesday and the order still has not been delivered. The order tracker has said “out for delivery” for almost three days now. I tried messaging customer service which is just an automated robot so it was no help. I’ve called the store twice and nobody answers the phone. I even left a voicemail and have not heard back from them at all. I wish I had read the reviews for this store before placing an order, because all of the negative reviews are accurate. I will be trying again to get in touch with someone for a refund, because I paid almost $60 for a gift that never arrived.

NEVER order from this location! I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I ordered! Terrible customer service! And the delivery took forever, especially for the price! Huge mistake on my part for not checking the reviews first! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a fruit basket & balloon gift set. I selected to pick it up myself from the store. Pick up time was noon. I ended up getting there at 3pm. When I got there my ordered had not been made yet. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make it. Then to top it off, they ran out of Father Day balloons. I was very disappointed and frustrated that I had to wait and still didn’t get what I ordered. Also, while I was there they never answered the phone once and the phone never stopped ringing. They just lower the volume on the phone which is why they never answer. Other ladies were there waiting for their orders to be made too and they didn’t have ready. Very unorganized and definitely unprofessional. Only upside, the fruits were good.

I ordered mine online around 8 I came at 12:30 to pick it up and they didnt start making it until I had arrived .. they made it in a rush and looked horrible 60 dollars down the drain they also left the phone ringing and never picked it up how disappointing !

I've placed several orders for different occasions and this store has consistently dropped the ball. In April I ordered Appreciation gifts for two managers to be delivered to their offices before 5pm. The deliveries were all attempted after 6pm. The next day they were also late, arriving at 530pm but thankfully the individuals stayed late to make sure they received them. Now here we are in June. I ordered a birthday bouquet with balloons, a cake and extra added on dipped pineapples. My friend only received the bouquet and cake. None of the extra items I added on. I spent well over $150. No one at the store returned a phone call. I left several messages. I called at least 10 times. Finally someone at corporate got in touch and I received money back but it does not make up for the office experience and lack of customer service.

Complete disregard for service. Did not deliver the fruit in time. Took from 130 to delivery at 8. By then the fruit was spoiled and container was warm. Temperature outside wa 80 degrees. Does mot return phone calls. Not open until 7 as stated on the af. Would not recommend ever

I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day, and paid an extra fee for it to be delivered on that date. The order was never delivered, and per the tracking info, the store never even started working on it. I called the store several times, left several voicemails, and sent emails through the web portal, never heard anything. I’m not even sure if anyone actually works there. No one is answering the phones, I called during business hours over and over. I would strongly urge caution before placing any orders originating at this location.
Ultimately I was able to reach someone in corporate who says the order is now canceled and a refund is forthcoming, though Edible has made no effort whatsoever to recover the service. No gift cards or any sort of extra consideration for failing to deliver a Mother’s Day gift.
