My daughters car got towed by police she got a flat on the highway, police didn’t want to wait for AAA.. understandable.. she’s on the highway…tow was already called… 4 days later because the car is in her uncle name… called the number posted, he says 20 mins, waited over an hour, only to get a rude ass telling us the tow was $215, plus's $25 a day, mind you the tow off the highway is less than 5 mins…$340 al together. I believe they make whatever price they want since we couldn’t go inside the fence to see any price signs or what damages has been done, which we couldn’t see at 12pm when towed. The guy that met us at the tow site, didn’t want to get his fat ass out the towing vehicle, so we conducted business talking thru a tow vehicle… he stated that’s where he does business… a real shit show… all to collect money from the poor , in a poor neighborhood if you call where the business is a neighborhood. Horrible experience dealing with a tow, plus the price was outrageous, made up. Had to give you 1 star just to post my review… No Star!!!

Very rude and unprofessional specifically in a situation where you have someone car on your lot after they locate it to be treated like I'm inconvenience to you when my car was taken escalation tactics is key

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Called Friday January 10th at 12pm. Was quoted a 2 hour tow time, called back at 7pm and the man answering the phone was so rude to me. Like I was inconvincing him calling 7 hours later! Don't quote people a time and what it will cost. Never showed and it's 2 days later. Please do not use this tow company you will waste your time. And deal with rude people.

Missing an item, an expensive knife. Don't let the tow driver rush you, get you personal items out of the vehicle or it will turn up missing.December 16th was the tow, came to the lot the 18th. Different driver let me retrieve my items. 2010 red subaru legacy. Told that driver knife was missing.

Towed my car after an accident. The Cincinnati police made the call. Guy was kind of hard to deal with on the phone. Was told had to get there asap due to car contents could be stolen/car stripped. In a bad part of town, did not feel safe. Fortunately my Ins took care of getting the car out of there asap.
