My sister, two nieces (below age 10) and I walked in for services for all of us. The woman that greeted us was horribly rude and unprofessional. We left and went to a different nail salon. I have no intention to return and I don't recommend this place.

The lady that did my pedicure RUSHED through the whole thing as if she was mad she had to do a BLACK womens pedicure!!! She attempted to drop utensils pick them up and use them without washing them !!! The service was sooo horrible I started looking at reviews while sitting in the chair and changed my mind about a full set !!! It’s 2025 everything has elevated they should be ashamed of the service they provide!!! SHUT THEM DOWN

Bad customer service a no go for men that try to take care of their hands and feet after working a long week and trying to spend time with my wife and trying to get a simple pedicure I was ignored left waiting and really killed the mood for me Sucks!!! But they did good on my wife's feet she's happy

Went to empress nails for a fill in on my natural finger nails and my nails were lifting but my 3rd finger nail was broke in the middle the nail tech put some nail glue on my nail it broke off so I ended up clipping off my real natural nails and the 1 that broke off I tore it off yrs my finger was hurting soaking off the acrylic off 2

Toni or Tony did my nails. 2 popped off after 1 week. First owner said moisture was the reason then later admitted he is careless when doing nails. Had the nerve to raise her voice at me. Been going there 16 yrs. Sad to say I will not be back there

Ok so I want to get my feet done , the lady seen me and said the coast was fifty dollars and then she said I can’t put the arm rest down because I’m to wide.Now I give her this my feet is pretty and I love the color but her bed side manners sucks!!!

The establishment is clean. The staff is nice and professional. The pedicure was amazing! I love that the pedicure is basic but amazing..... well worth the money! I forget the guy who did my pedicure.... he also was amazing, and very courteous! I arrived at 1pm and there was no wait.... DONE by 1:50pm.
I will definitely be back.
Ohhh and the manager is very funny!
