They only give buyers one key fob. I figured two key fobs comes with a car when buying. They don’t inform me of this inconvenience. Also 5 months after purchase my car went out battery dead and I replaced it n my car is running funny

My husband and I bought a car from enterprise in Erlanger Ky. Our sales guy was Evan Denny, he was so helpful and so knowledgeable and made sure we had all of our questions answered and answered questions we didn’t even know to ask. He also is so personable and you feel like you have known him for years. If you are looking for a good used car, I highly recommend Evan.

I end you enjoy the experience the experience overall the staff were friendly they work together they were professional I enjoy just being personable with my salesman he was very efficient he asked question relatable questions he allowed us to take a little bit of time to think about things and discuss our situation and then come back and then finally make a decision my salesman's he was excellent a great communicator just an overall great guy where we thought we felt like we knew him and we got great energy from him and we just enjoyed ourselves this is probably one of the best experiences that I've had buying a car my salesman and his manager they made sure that they came up with a good plan based on what we needed based on our family Dynamics it was just an overall great experience and I don't think I've ever had a better experience again it was very personable I was able my salesman helped me just talk a little of things through and because of his professionalism it helped me make a decision a very concrete decision when it was all said and done he met my family he just was just overall amazing it was just an amazing experience and I'm so very grateful thank you Enterprise and yes you can post this on your site for review I'm happy to sign the consent because this was great t

Met with Nelvon and talked through the paperwork and purchasing details. This man was SOOO patient with me. Even gave me a grin with my new purchase! Zero pressure, 100% charm; I honestly expect him to ne selling rainbows and sunsets next. He explained everything so clearly I'm fairly sure he could make calculus enjoyable.This man had the rare ability to make buying a car feel like catching up with a good friend. He turned what I thought would be a stressful day into something I'd actually crow about.
