I reserved a rental and traveled to pick up the rental which is $294 the man tells me it's a $300 security deposit I couldn't get my rental.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Enterprise Rental Car that I will never forget. This was at two locations in Cincinnati, 2500 Redding rd and CVG airport. After making a reservation and being promised a specific vehicle, I arrived to find a completely different, subpar car waiting for me. The associate assured me that I would be satisfied, but the car was in terrible condition.
When I tried to address the issue and request an exchange, both the associates and the manager were unhelpful and refused to assist. They seemed disinterested in my concerns and offered no viable solutions. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction, they brushed me off and insisted that I had to keep the car.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling neglected as a customer. I parked the vehicle and used a rideshare service. I expected better service and accountability from a reputable company like Enterprise. I won't be returning and would caution others about the lack of support and follow-through.

Austin branch manager and Taylor M. are awful. This used to be a great branch to rent from.

was informed that no suvs were available at the time of pick up (day of move out ) was given a smaller suv that needed an engine oil change and one tire was low on pressure, forcing me to discard some items, the agent told me to return the car by 10 but on the contract stated to return it by 9 am !
not clean from inside.
Edit : i contacted them and they apologized like nothing happened which is stupid .

I’m a loyal customer here. I love your service. You make it easy to reserve, pick up and drop off. This time was a bit different. The car was loud, the “oil change required” light was on the entire drive. Also, thank god I took a picture of the fuel gauge before leaving because on return she said “ Hey why didn’t you put gas in? Paperwork shows it was more than half full“. Well my video recording showed her it was a lot less than half. Always make sure you cover yourself!

My Prius died and I needed a rental car for the weekend. It was a brutal hot day! We have been renting from Enterprise on Reading in Cincinnati for a few years! I wanted something small midsize! Liked the first car but it had cigarette smell inside so I chose the second one and that was electric and not enough charge on it! So we looked at the third car! Loved it and got it! It took us 25 minutes and the sales person was kind and patient! I recommend this Enterprise on Reading Road ??

I just needed a one day rental to move some things to get my house ready to put on the market, so I was certainly stressed! I worked with Shonetta who was absolutely incredible and helped me feel a little more calm! She was so kind and helpful. This location was really busy that day but throughout all of it Shonetta was calm and kind to everyone. When I dropped off the truck the next morning, she remembered me and asked how all the moving went. I was so appreciative. Overall, good experience and amazing customer service!

The staff at this Enterprise are sweet as all get out. They make the rental process smooth and pleasant. I've rented there through my employer and for personal reasons and always had a good experience.
