I recently rented a standard car from Enterprise for a week. They initially gave me a Kia Soul, but after two days, I noticed it was making noise while driving on highways. On the third day, I returned to the location to request a car switch, which they handled without issue. At that time, I also confirmed with them that I would only be charged for a weekly rental, as usual.
However, when my rental period ended, I was shocked to find I had been charged nearly $80 extra. Upon reviewing my final bill, I discovered that instead of the agreed weekly rate, I was charged separately for each day, significantly increasing the cost. When I went back to the location to resolve this, the staff admitted it was their mistake but told me they couldn’t do anything to fix it.
This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. While the initial service was fine, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct a clear billing mistake leaves me very dissatisfied. I expected better from Enterprise and will think twice before renting from them again.

Keashaun set me up with my rental this week. I returned with concerns over the vehicle. He moved quickly to put me in a different car, cleaned and filled it. He ihas a great attitude and goes above and beyond. Been renting here for years and will come back again and again.

When they dropped the car off he said the gas was full but it want-. A little over a half tank. Tried calling no answer but I took a picture . Charged me 39.00 for gas. They owe me 39.00 for gas plus a credit for the charge. No credit yet.
