  This is the third time in 5 years that I needed a rental and I chose Enterprise every time. The main reason I chose Enterprise was great Customer Service (Brendan was the team member who helped me this time)and feeling I was treated as a valuable customer. The cars were always in excellent shape and the prices were reasonable.Thank you Enterprise!

  I unexpectedly needed to rent a car that morning, booked the car before the office opened and picked it up within the first 30 minutes of the office opening.
  
  The staff member took fantastic care of my needs, exceptionally quickly. She even made a pleasant personal connection between me and another lady she was helping.
  
  I dropped off the car before the office opened the next day. The same staff member unlocked the office door and came out to personally get the car keys from me. She was genuinely friendly, quick and competent.
  
  I have only had great experiences with enterprise and with the Bridgetown enterprise specifically. The staff is always top notch.

  Professional...helpful and just a joy to conjole with. The were busy but they greeted each customer with a bright smile and made eye contact perfect customer service
  The car was excellent..the ride was enjoyable and seats were comfortable..We will rent again from the Bridge town location on glenway avenue.

  The branch manager is unprofessional and rude The employees do not properly go over information do not handle business. Well would not suggest the company in general for any business pertaining to rentals.

  Had a bad experience with a body shop that required 2+ months of rental. Rico, Raven, Dorian and La Tonya were awesome with their service. Would definitely rent from them again.
