I put in a reservation for a truck but when I arrived it was unavailable 😒. Fortunately the staff called their Fairfield location and found one😊. If you don't want to make a new reservation for another location, they have to trade another vehicle to swap for the one you want. He was kind they were kind enough to swap out a vehicle at their location for the one I requested. I wanted to extend my vehicle time but the lady I spoke with could not seem to find my VIP, reservation, or card on file. I suspect she was too busy to look my name or reservation up. I did give my name but she claimed she could not find me smh. She quoted $450 for 3 days with no explanation so I just returned the truck. I was offered $435 for my 10 day reservation in the beginning. I am not sure why it was so much for 3 days but I did not want to cause an issue. The gentleman that booked my truck was very thorough in explaining. I booked through my credit card the first time. I'm not sure if booking direct through Enterprise is worth the VIP discount offered. Overall I enjoyed my experience with the vehicle chosen and the customer service provided in my initial check in.

We count on Enterprise whenever we need a box truck even last minute. The location on Glendale Milford Rt 747 always has what we need. As a small local company wecount on our trusted partners to be successful.
Enterprise was founded by a veteran and American hero as well.

Springfield Pike Enterprise always works hard for their customers and we have used them many times. This last time they got us a third seat vehicle on a last minute family vacation rental, and the extra space made a huge difference for our trip. As busy as they are, the office answers when you call and they go the extra mile for you. And I like that a person, not a machine, called me to ask how the rental went. I turned the car in a little late and offered to pay the extra day but they waived it! That right there is true customer service. 6 stars! Thank you!

Tri County Enterprise is climbing their way to number 1. When your a real adult and come with the proper documentation it is a very positive experience. I will be back. Ram pick up with the Hemi engine, Awesome 👌🏾

Everyone in this office displayed excellent customer service. They were all professional, attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. They picked me up and got me on my way. The drop off was smooth. I would rent here again and highly recommend this location especially.

My car broke down at night and I needed a rental the next morning. I was able to get the '23 Toyota Camry - really cute. And was able to modify my rental online.

Curtis (Asst. Manager) and Olivia (Manager Trainee) were absolute rock stars for me today. A Priority Pass reservation I made at another area Enterprise Branch could have been handled better at the *other* branch. One of the mistakes made was giving me the choice of a pickup truck or a bare-bones (and damaged) Nissan Kicks when I had reserved a "premium" sedan (Nissan Maxima or similar). Having been dropped off at the other branch, I took the Kicks and drove it straight to this branch. Curtis and Olivia not only handled making the switch quickly, they also upgraded me to a larger SUV while matching the same daily rate. The SUV was ready in 10 minutes and had just been cleaned out. They were courteous, fast, and delightful to deal with. If you must rent a car from Enterprise in the Cincinnati area, go to the Tri-County location!!

Reserved a van 6 months in advance, the week of the rental I got a call that there was no vans available. So they were checking around and could not find one and offered an expedition but the Expedition does not have the storage space that a van does. They could not find anything anywhere so I had to take the expedition. The guy that I worked with(Curtis) was great about it he tried his best to find something and he helped me out on the cost etc but it was very difficult to move seven people on a vacation trip with the Expedition because there is zero storage space.

I’m a OTR trucker who broke down in Cincinnati and needed a rental so I chose enterprise upon arrival I noticed The facility was clean well and maintained. I was greeted when I entered facility this was week of july 4th so they didn’t have many vehicle options but the one they did have was a brand new clean cool ride I really enjoyed. Only problem I had is that when checking out with service rep who was a white guy mid 30s he was very deceptive when it came to insurance requirements and was very rushy He made it where I had to either show him my personal full coverage insurance ( which I have ) or buy the enterprise insurance or I could not rent the car. None of my other rentals from various enterprise locations had this requirement. So I called my wife to send me a copy of insurance card which is in my cars glove box at home. I also didn’t think I would be required to show it. My wife was taking a while to send it and he was growing impatient I feared he would say I couldn’t get the car soon and I didn’t want any trouble so I purchased the enterprise insurance and had to spend an additional 100+ which I didnt plan for
When I returned the vehicle there was a black gentleman and a white female they helped me with return and went over some final details on my receipt they were very helpful and knowledgeable they had good customer service and were patient they get 5 stars.

After a slight mix up on rental locations this location really stepped up and took care of me. They made the transaction very hassle free for me. I was involved in an accident, not my fault thank goodness! The insurance company made the reservation for me but the original location was not convenient so I switched to one that closer to my work. The switch didn't get transferred to the new location so this location brought the car to me and when I was done they picked the car up at the shop where my car was being repaired. I didn't have to do anything. I don't need this type of service often but in the future I will definitely use this location and will recommend them to everyone I know. The folks here were very nice and made sure all my questions were answered, they were very easy to work with. It made the transaction pleasant under the circumstances.
