Last time couple month ago I went to rent from this enterprise with my initial reservation, they refuse to rent because I have CDL, I have commercial driver license with Hazmat endorsement. 😄
Guy at the counter said “ we have a new policy, that it must say “driver license” in the DL. Mine says CDL. Means I can drive pretty much anything in the world, but for enterprise it’s useless?
I’ve been renting with them before, but last time this happened. What kind of discrimination is this to truck drivers?! If you don’t know how Drivers license for truck drivers looks like in the state of Ohio, then go and educate yourself.

No issues with pickup or dropping off the vehicle. Team was professional and respectful, even when they had a room full of customers first thing in the morning. They recognized every customer and was attentive to their needs.
