I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. I am so glad that I decided to go with GoStore for my storage needs. Thank You so much!

Do not use!!! Place is nice but after 2 months they increased the rental amount 50% and added $15 insurance fee. Complete bs knowing you have moved your items in already and what a pain it is to move again. Very unethical company.

Laura was absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my account and it only took 2 minutes. She stayed on the phone with me and explained what i needed to do until my problem was solved. If I could I would give her a raise. I was very frustrated and she was very calm, understanding, and professional. More people should take a lesson from her. She is truly awesome. And I am very grateful I had her help today.

Great location, storage, but rough and unfriendly carts. They quote low but charge almost double.
No washrooms - so prepare before you get there.
