I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the whole process of getting a unit was quick and easy. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure, which gave me peace of mind. I especially appreciate how easy it was to access my things whenever I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage!

I had almost all of my belongings in storage here for less than two months and upon returning to Cincinnati I discovered that everything in my unit was covered in mold due to water leaking from the ceiling. The whole building smelled awful and there were mosquitos everywhere yet management told me that they have no way of knowing if there’s water in the units and if they’ve been compromised to mold, but also that they’ve had a lot of these type of issues with their indoor units lately, they just can’t get anyone to fix the problem. The lady at the front desk was very two sided and started fake crying, telling me that she felt bad but did little to help and refused a refund. They do not care about you or your stuff, just your money and I recommend saving it for someone else.

I have used Extra Space storage for years, at Glenn’s Crossing, Latonia and now Worcester Pike. Every Extra Space storage I have been to has been extremely clean, easy to access and most importantly, dry. The store manager was extremely congenial & helpful in setting up my rental. They are the only storage rental company that I will use.
