I was in town for the weekend. Had the pleasure of getting my lashes refilled by Shalonda. I don’t think I have ever giggled more. Shalonda was funny, kind, and made me feel welcomed to Cincy. Great job! My lashes are long and on point! Best wishes for the future. -Gabby

When I walked in, I was immediately asked to take my shoes off and put on a mask. Getting your lashes done is already an uncomfortable experience and she did not help make it any more comfortable. The glue smell was so strong and my lashes were being pulled the entire time. Once my lashes were done, they looked good but looks can really be deceiving... After a day they felt so heavy and started coming off. The lash quality was so poor and she applied lashes that were stuck together instead of individual lashes. This I did not notice until they started coming off. They were wonky after just 2 days and I had to get them removed 5 days after getting them done to avoid my natural lashes getting completely ruined...

I get full volume lashes done my Shalonda and they always turn out amazing!!!! The studio is clean, inviting and aesthetically pleasing. Shalonda always has great music on and makes you feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients! Shalonda is wonderful! She makes it a safe and open space I have never felt more comfortable or relaxed while getting my eyebrows and lips threaded. She really takes her time making sure she gets every hair and ensuring you leave happy as well gives you tips if your not taking the best care of your brows. Shalonda is wonderful!! I first scheduled an eyebrow threading with her about a year and a half ago and was nervous because I’d always opted for waxing, and she completely converted me to threading. I’ll never go back. My brows always look great, she is very thorough and gentle. I’ll admit it’s going to be tough finding someone I trust as much with my brows when I move away from Cincy soon!
