At 8:30pm I head up to family dollar just to get me something to drink and to snack on to find them close. No sign or nothing saying the reasoning for them been close so early everybody knows that Family Dollar close at 10:00pm who ever the supervisor is that's making up there own time for closing really need to stop. You are causing Family Dollar to lose a lot of profit just because, Family Dollar is in the hood it's still a place of business and it should be conducted such as. I do hope your GM and the CEO see this message because, y'all really do need some professional help. And that's not me talking about y'all that's me speaking the truth. From a person who has 10 years or more experienced in the field that y'all do.

My boyfriend went to this store where he was highly upset at the store manager. She was called by the cashier because of a price change for motor oil. He told the store manager that the price on the shelf was different than what registered on the cash register. She replied, " Do you want it or not?" He was shocked by her response, but also upset because of her response. He began to say that she did not change the price of the motor oil. He paid the price that was priced on the cash register. So, I would say for the store manager, please be careful these days because some people may not be as compatible as my boyfriend was. This occurred on Sunday, September 13, 2024.

Worst Family Dollar known to man. Won’t honor a $4 coupon that they have posted in store and on the app. Why???? $4 off for ANY liquid Tide 115oz or more but I only get a dollar at check out and the rude boy at the front counter says their the “mgr” until someone needs an override.. So called boy/girl mgr has no power to do anything because her “manager “ said not to do anything. Can’t even do a return. What is going on in the retail world when you’re a billion dollar company that won’t do returns or honor coupons??? just straight trash! The store and fake employees who don’t even do anything because the store is a ghetto mess everyday all day! Live close and will never come back! Why are u not honoring coupons Family Dollar??? Or doing returns when the product was literally just purchased? Fire everyone atp because this was the direction from the store “mgr” I hope her karma eats her up everyday because that’s just wrong. They probably All stealing that’s why the customer can’t get anything ZERO stars. ZERO
