Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.

No one at the store anymore delivery truck been sitting all morning. No one there to unload. Store needs to permanently close. Poor management dollar stores need to pay higher wages if they want help to operate the stores.

Went to Family Dollar this Sunday morning. They were supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. I was doing laundry and ran out of fabric softener. I arrived at the store at 9:50. Some lights were on so I thought the store was open since their hours are 9:00. The doors were still locked. I decided to want to see when someone was going to open the store. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to just go to Kroger, which is only less than a minute away. I got what I needed at Kroger. Since I had to passed Family Dollar on my way home, I would drive by and still the store was NOT open. It is now 11:00. This is not the first time that I have gone to this store (Monfort Heights Family Dolor) and no employees were there. This is so disappointing.

Sign Says store is closed but online says open til 10pm?? A truck also showed up with a drop no one there…

It is Family Dollar, I'm not sure what else to say besides every time that I have been there it seems as if they are restocking the store with merchandise, I only say this because there is always pallets of merchandise and boxes scattered all over the store. On a scale of 1 - 5 i would rate the customer service right at 3.5 all in all it's not a bad place to stop by if you're not looking for quality merchandise and wanting to save a few dollars.
