It was great up until the end then they blew it . Without notice my 10 foot sign was delivered to me and I was told they were sorry but had to drop it off whether or not I had anyplace to put it. My landlord didn’t want the sign installed until the exterior of the building was painted and FastSigns knew this. I was told “we can’t store it” ok true but you didn’t have to make the sign until I was ready for it either. Also before writing this review I followed instructions that said if I wasn’t happy to respond in email so they could address the issues. I did that without any response and got another request for a google review so while I feel bad posting a negative review publicly I’m only doing what they asked.
The look of the sign is nice my window vinyl is nice although my logo wasn’t installed perfectly it’s good enough and the
salesman was very patient showing me lots of options so I could make sure I ended up with something I’d be happy with. What a shame to waste all that by leaving a giant sign with me that’s leaning against a wall in my reception area because I have nowhere to put it and I look at it daily and don’t get warm fuzzy feeling for sure.

My experience with Fast Signs was excellent. Zach and Willie was very polite & professional. Their customer service was top notch, and that is something that is very hard to find now a day's. Willie worked his magic and the signs exceeded my expectations. Zach was able to make sure I received my signs on time, even when I gave him a short time frame. Thanks to all the Fast Signs team.
