Have to give a shout out to Heather. Went to get passport photo recently. I had some unusual requests about the photo. She was very patient to meet my requests. If every customer service representative helped customers like Heather, the world would be a much better place.

Received a phone call from FedEx saying they couldn’t deliver our package, but they were able to deliver it less than one mile from our house to this location. They said to pick it up as early as the next day but did not give a timeframe as to when it had to be picked up. We were out of the country, so we went to pick it up when we got home but they had already returned it to the sender 2 days prior in JAPAN without telling us or providing an updated tracking number or literally any other information. I was told to call customer service where I was told there was nothing they could do to stop it because they didn’t have the tracking number (that they did not provide). Now our package is out there somewhere, we can’t track it, and we are out the $180 we paid for the item but more importantly I don’t have the part I need.

Heather was super helpful with my custom prints. I was having issues with FedEx’s online system being outdated and buggy. She stepped in and helped deliver my prints quickly. Another employee rung me out at a charge way higher than quoted, but when I called, Heather fixed it and refunded me to the original quoted amount. Thank you so much, Heather!

I arrived a couple of minutes before the posted closing time - to hand off a pre labeled (small) box.
The door was locked , and the guy working shook his head “no”
Seems like a bad decision to me . Just want to give food back .

Having to speak to someone is worse than dealing with best buy phone services. When you have their phone serice tell you that "you don't need to speak to someone" when you actually do, is so frustrating. 0 stars if able

This is a rating based on information being provided for shipping a package to Florida. The interaction with staff went well and was professional. Have not used FedEx in a long time so not able to give an opinion yet.

Made a trip here Sunday 2-12-23 based on the opening hours listed online. Unfortunately, like so many places these days, they were closed and have adopted "temporary hours". If you have anything big or heavy to drop off, I would select another location. There is no dedicated parking here, and as it's across from Fountain Square, there is very little street parking and is a chaotic location.
