I went in to print and scan some documents—something I haven’t done since college—and it can definitely feel overwhelming. But Brianna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it so easy. I’ve never felt as welcomed in a FedEx as I did at this location. Both Brianna and Allie were amazing—so professional, kind, and clearly a great team. It was really refreshing to see them working together, teaching each other new things, and having such a positive dynamic. Thank you both for such a great experience!

Izzy was incredibly helpful in getting two large posters printed on the same day. Their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Maranda, Brianna, and Izzy are all fantastic! (I hope I’m getting spellings correct) They assisted me with a pretty big print job I had for work and I watched them handle some rude encounters from a couple folks with the utmost professionalism during my visit. Customer service is especially hard at the holidays because the general public seems to be losing their minds, but you can count on this team to handle any challenges with superb service.
The previous manager here was also awesome, I’m sad to hear he retired but he certainly earned it!

My husband and I spent a few hours here yesterday figuring out our shipping arrangements. The people working were incredibly helpful and flexible. They were all very professional, yet had this casual demeanor that made the visit feel stress-free. I found the employees knowledgeable and liked that they helped one another out when things got busy, or if someone didn’t know the answer to a question. 2-4 people were working at any given time. The employees just seemed like they were friends hanging out, jumping excitedly to help anyone who walked through the door. They handled us and our items with care, and I cannot thank them enough. I am currently in the middle of the stressful process of moving across the country, and so their patience, kindness, expertise, and helpfulness were a silver lining to life lately.

Brianna is the BEST! Helped me out over the phone to ensure a quote for someone sending me something via Third Party sales platform to make sure I was not getting scammed on pricing, and she assisted me eloquently. Easily navigated me through pricing, and ensured that I had all the necessary information I asked for!Give her a promotion, and thanks Brianna!

Ordered a poster. Paid and outrageous $74 for a 36”x48” print. You would at least think the quality would be good. It wasn’t. Whoever was handling the poster at this shop left bents and scratches all over this cheap piece of paper. Will never print here again.

Their system is designed to waste your time and money. Charging 55cents per minute by something primary used by small businesses, creatives and college students is a BIG L for Fedex. Customer service helped with what they could so this review is directed towards their greedy and non user friendly system design/operations team.

Jennifer was unbelievably helpful and patient while juggling my issues and several other customers while being the only employee available. She helped me find the most efficient way to ship out my packages as I was unfamiliar with the system too. This location has poor reviews but I guarantee none of them occurred while she was working. Overall great experience
