AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! My mother recently went here to get some items printed and a female employee was extremely rude and disrespectful towards her for no apparent reason. The employees at the Colerain location were WAY better.

The driver left my package in the hallway. I never received my package or my money back because the sender told me that it was dropped off. I’ve been trying to talk to customer service, but they staff would not let me talk to them.

I wet to scan and email my documents at this store and asked for help and the store attendant was very rude and unprofessional and don’t want to help and acted like stupid!! I will never go back to this store again. You can’t do business in this manner!!

Why are the ladies here on Glencrossing location so sad. I am a business owner and every time I go to this location to drop my customer packages, these ladies are always sad. (They are of different races too and both are so unhappy)
The management should pay them more or give them a day off. Date 12.3.24 at 10am they still sad. You would think they are overloaded during the day, but a early morning sadness umfriendly to customers? Please Pay them more. Who hires a sad customer service person? Do better!

Wonderful experience! I needed last-minute wedding programs and menu signs printed for my wedding. Viola and De'Asia were AMAZING! They got them printed for me more quickly than expected, the prints looked great, and they were so great to work with over the phone! Their customer service was top notch and I couldn't be more thankful. De'Asia and Viola, thank you ladies, again! I truly appreciated all of your help and wonderful service! I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!

my package has been saying that it’s gonna be delivered for the past three days and it still isn’t here and it said it was supposed to be out for delivery today and I’ve already seen a FedEx truck passed by and it still isn’t here and it’s been out for delivery for 8 hours. this is ridiculous. Just tell me when it’s gonna be here. I don’t need you to lie and say it’s gonna be here today for the past three days, each day saying it was gonna be there that day when it’s just not going to. just tell me when it’s actually gonna be here I don’t need to be lied to over and over again i can’t trust this horrible delivery service and i will never choose them again.

I went there to make copies of plans for a permit. First the big copier was not working. I was told they could have plans ready the next day. I stopped back in to pick up ,y copies and USB stick. They couldn't find my USB or plans. I looked back at my messages and seen I had a message regarding the plans stating that the big machine ran out of ink so they were waiting on an ink order but couldn't find where my USB stuck was so I told them they could call me once th girl got in. The girl called me and said that they couldn't do my plans and that I would have to go somewhere else. Are you kidding me! I lost 2 days now tying to get copies of plans to take downtown to Hamilton County for a Permit. I will probably never go back to Fed Ex again and I will be sure to tell anyone I know about this experience I have had.
