Very rude staff. I was waiting in a very long holiday line for a pickup and one of the staff members asks a woman that came in after me if she was there for pickup without considering anyone who has been there already.

Went to just get my passport photo taken, but I wasn't expecting to encounter the great vibes here. The staff was super fun and personable -- I could've chatted and joked with these folks all morning!

05/24/2022 - Sign on the door: Closed No Power05/25/2022 - Closed No Power05/26/2022 - Sign on the door stating Closed No Power.This is the third day in a row the store has been closed for this reason. This is becoming extremely inconvenient and discouraging. I truly do not care for this store, but my office uses FedEx so I have to come here, when I'd much rather use a competitor.I'm beginning to think this "Closed No Power" is an excuse because the lights are on. Both businesses on each side are operating. I also do not want to be inconvenienced further by driving across town or over to Kentucky to drop off this package. I'll be calling Corporate as well.

This is my first time printing from a FedEx office, and I must say, I truly appreciate the help received by Dan M. I wasn't able to print what was needed off of the computer there due to formatting from the website I used itself (nothing to with FedEx technologies). Dan M. offered great help to aid me in printing by allowing me to send my map documents to the FedEx domain, and offered me affordable prices to print in color. A wonderful spirited employee by the name of DaMaria Hall gave me great insight of the company, and shared her experience with me. By just watching her work with other customers with her resilient customer service made store 0216 the best office store I've printed from. Overall, both Dan and DaMaria had excellent customer service skills, and I definitely would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of printing services. I live on the other side of town, but I will be back to print from this store directly. Thank you, management team, for training these two individuals the best way possible! Best Regards, -Piper

I have been printing projects at the Glenway Crossing Kinkos for years. The staff has always been Great to work with. I just recently sent a project online and then called them and they said everything is taken care of. I went to pick up the items and everything was printed correctly, but I was over charged by about $60. The manager said she was on vacation last week and everyone is new. She could cancel out the order and refund me, but it would be a huge hassle and she really did not want to help me. She also said if she did this, I would not be able to take the copies with me today and I'd have to pick them up tomorrow so the new order would go through, which didn't make any sense? I told her I needed the documents now and can't wait. I explained to her how I'm the customer and she shouldn't inconvenience me, and I have other choices on where to get my items printed. She did not say anything else or even tried correcting the situation. Extremely poor customer service!

2 /23 /22 9:30 Glenway Crossing. I've been a commercial customer here for 16 years. Worst service ever. 2 employees standing around doing nothing. Big printers doing nothing. Told me they would not print my order. Self service machine could not print my order. I guess good employees are hard to find these days. So I went to Staples. They were glad to have my business. I would given them 0 stars if I could have.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. By far the worse delivery service ever! My packages have been "On a FedEx truck out for delivery" for 5 days, no updates and I have no idea when I will actually get my packages. One driver threw my last package on the porch, too lazy to take a few extra steps. Terrible!!!

I needed to get something sent overnight. I had a label, but didn't know how to get it into the envelope. I needed help. I went to a FedEx OnSite location close to home and while waiting in line I was not instilled with confidence. I decided to leave and go to a full service store. And that's how I ended up here. There was one person working. She was on the phone apparently with her boss talking about the two other employees that did not show up today. So... she was not only busy, but was dealing with management issues. She finally hung up and helped me in no time flat. Though it took a while, once she was able to help me she instilled me with complete confidence. I give this place an A. Had she not had to deal with her boss and management issues, which delayed her attention to customers, I'd give it an A+.

I had a great experience today. A young lady of color, who’s station was on the far right, was extremely courteous, helpful, professional and efficient (she assisted me with overnighting a package). I could not of asked for a better experience. Thank you!
