Wow FedEx is awful. They skip their pickups at 3rd parties because they can't retain drivers. Go with UPS or USPS.

Always an issue with fedex. They refuse to honor return labels that the email says is still gold, and they say the label is expired. This happened twice in one month. My emails say they are still good. They refuse to honor them! This is why I use UPS.

Horrible, if I didn’t have to go through FedEx to get my packages I wouldn’t, it’s always an issue and never a good experience with them. Driver came on my street, sat there and then left, almost hitting a tree and a truck on my street. Now my package says it’ll be delivered tomorrow instead of later today, Y’all are a joke lmfaooo , and to the driver Johnathan you are a joke.

Employees like Billy help make an experience at a certain store location 5 star. He helped me unload a few large packages without hesitation. Thanks Billy for the outstanding service and for going above and beyond.

Had a quick and easy self service kiosk that allowed me to drop off my package without a problem and printed a receipt as well!

Michael was great helping me scan and make some copies. Staples told me it would take 24 hours. Michael did it in 5 minutes with no problem

Location: You'll see FedEx sign from the main road. But the actual store is in the side of the building (next to the asian restaursnt)
Service: full service from boxing, and shipping - not just a dropbox.

This location is permanently closed. Do not go here. Windows are boarded up and they're building an anytime fitness. you can no longer print here. You can only gain muscles now.

I’ve come to this location at least monthly for almost 3 years. Service here has been shotty at best. Staff turnover has been excessive. For the last three months, new hire Wilson has been a much needed asset! His level of professionalism is unmatched! He’s greeted me personally every time I’ve entered the store, made conversation and was intentional about understanding my needs—even walking me to self service and explaining how I can operate certain things myself especially at times when the site is busy! Absolutely a class act this guy is! A great hire and I hope he us appreciated by his team and leaders…and to think…I almost started going else where! Add long as he’s here, I’m sticking around. Thanks you sir for taking pride in your work and being a true professional. You will go far with that dedication to your craft and appreciation for your customer. Your team can learn a lot from your example. Keep pressing forward. Excellence begets excellence!
