My dog needed medicine delivered to a 24 HOUR ANIMAL HOSPITAL but the driver marked it as “business closed” IT’S LITERALLY OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY!!! And now we’ve had to pay for him to stay an extra 3 DAYS BECAUSE OF A LAZY DRIVER! NOT TO MENTION THE STRESS OF HAVING A SICK ANIMAL, BUT THE STRESS OF SOMEONE NOT DOING THEIR JOB IS SO UNBELIEVABLY UNNECESSARY

FedEx is the absolute WORSE shipping company. The delivery drivers are lazy and ALWAYS late to the point they are DAYS late. They refuse to put ir item on the porch...they leave in driveway or under stairs of u live in an apartment. Every freaking where EXCEPT your damn porch/door. It's to the point that os any company uses FedEx to ship, I won't purchase from that company, I'll get it somewhere else or pick it up.

Why is this listed as a ground dropoff location and I can't even get a receipt for what I dropped off? On top of having to wait 30+ mins for any type of service. I don't even leave reviews. This location sucks

The InterOcean Dr location is the worst. The front desk lady, Judy, is rude, unapologetic and not helpful. I hope to never have to use FedEx ever again. Back in the day FedEx was great but now, your package is more likely to get lost or stolen opposed to actually being delivered. Use UPS and if you have to use FedEx, pray that your package doesn’t go through this station and you don’t have to deal with Judy. She needs to retire.

Doesn't actually try to deliver packages. Couriers will mark packages as requested for delay without trying to even deliver. I never requested a delay in my delivery. Terrible service, terrible couriers, terrible business practices. I want my money for the package you all are holding hostage at this time or my package delivered in one piece and not damaged.

If your drivers continue to hate their jobs so much that they intentionally and obviously throw every delivery package in my creek or down the hill on a driveway meant only for over 2 ton trucks or on top of blooming flowers and mailbox landscaping OR anywhere that is CLEARLY inaccessible or just plain spiteful-I swear to God I will lose my shit in your office.

This station is the worst station for delivering packages and for customer support. I will never purchase an item from a company if they use FedEx to deliver their product.
An expensive item was shipped to me and it took FedEx five days from the original delivery date to deliver the package. Each time I could track the driver (Jordyn) and each day the driver refused to deliver my package using a different excuse each time: business not open (the package was being delivered to my house), no one home to receive package (signature was not required for delivery and I work from home), delivery location not safe (I live on a cul-de-sac in suburbia), or address does not exist ( the USPS and UPS didn’t think so as I receive packages from them all the time). One day I even tracked the driver to a local bar where he stayed for almost two hours. Maybe they had mechanical trouble with their truck and it was a coincidence that it happened at a bar. I hope that is what happened as it would be even disturbing if FedEx was allowing drivers to drink and then drive while delivering packages.
This station is also a franchise so FedEx corporate customer service is useless. Each day that I called to complain, they took a report and sent it to the station manager who never responded back. The item was finally delivered by a person in a car and they were not wearing a FedEx uniform. The leader at this station needs to be replaced with someone who cares about customer service.

Communication is horrible. Had my package out for delivery, and then they never delivered it. I have been waiting for 5 days, every day it's telling me it is delayed but should be here by the end of the day. I will definitely not be using FedEx again, I will cancel any orders that use them as a shipper. I am beyond annoyed with this. FedEx, do better.

There not delivering my package because of road work on my street the street is not closed they just don’t want to deliver it but I see DHL on my street making deliveries

2 days in a row, the fedex ground delivery driver left my packages out on the road near my mailbox. Yesterday's delivery was furnace filters and left out in the rain. Today's delivery was car parts left in the same spot. This only happens with the late deliveries, not the early ones. The early driver leaves things at the door. Once in the past, I had purchased a musical instrument. That particular driver left it in the mud in the rain. If I could, I would leave 0 stars, I would . If given the choice, I never choose them.

This is a FedEx Ground facility where the drivers apparently decide that if they don't want to deliver to an address, they will simply state they tried to deliver and there was a security reason why they could not. I called FedEx customer service, got transferred to the Problem Resolution Division and they verified the driver never even came onto my street... You might want to use UPS or USPS if you need the package delivered.... FedEx Problem Resolution was great but if the driver did their job, it wouldn't have been necessary.
