For 4 days now FedEx has notified me that my package was to be delivered by 8:00 p.m., not a different package, but the same one. I am lucky that it started on a Sunday so I disregarded the next three days because I knew that it was false and I would not be receiving it as notified. It seems like FedEx is not a trustworthy shipping distribution center for if it was then I would have received my order on Sunday like I was notified.

I ordered some clothing for myself and some as a gift. My order was scheduled for delivery on October 4th. Didn't arrive. Was rescheduled for the 5th. Didn't arrive. Again, same thing, on the 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th. They don't have the guts to tell me that it's either lost or stolen. Messages from FedEx say it's at their facility which is five minutes away from me but they won't let me go there to pick up my package. I've contacted the company at least four times and keep getting the same runaround story. I'm tired, stressed out, and disgusted. I have never had issues with FedEx until now. My order is already on my credit card, along with shipping charges. I just want my package!

Pretty cool people it definitely is physically demanding but if you're like really fit and in shape it would not be a problem but the hours are good the pay is good

AVOID! Ordered an expensive pair of sneakers from a well known company. For 4 days all the staff gave me the run around:being disinfected for Covid, promised dates and times of delivery. Finally demanded answers and threatened to come to the location. It was then, I was informed my shoes were lost!!!! And I am not the only customer experiencing this, they are reviewing cameras. They have thieves working there. Totally unacceptable!

FedEx Ground. Nice people there and great place to work for. And I’m not just saying that because of me being employed there either. They real live allow you to work at your own pace and they pay real good. I can get you a job today. And if you’ve already worked as a delivery driver in the past, then these routes will be nothing you couldn’t handle

This place is a joke. The driver said he made an attempt to deliver my package and never came down my driveway. My Ring camera would have seen him. I went to the facility and the manager told me they would hold it when he gets back and to come back at 7:30 and now that I’m here I’m being told to wait two more days until Monday and to try to come back. How hard is it to just locate a package and give it to a customer. Especially when you can’t even leave it at my house. What a joke seriously if I could leave 0 stars I would. The managers are extremely un professional and not willing to help customers.

I work at fedex. Ground it's not a easy job overthere depend on what the supervisor has you doing but I like it brings me a paycheck everywek now cutting my hrs back including my paycheck every week sending people out back out the door to much of hiring new persons all the time

Guy came and picked up in a white van no name on it and he never scanned the package I was returning for a credit. So now I'm out the money because Bed Bath and Beyond say no one picked it up. There were 2 guys in the van one came to the door the other drove and never got out. I'm truly upset.

The only person who should get a 5+ rating is the security guard. I was supposed to have a laptop delivered on Tuesday, and it never came. That night, it stated it was delayed and would deliver Wednesday-Saturday. No estimated time. Highly inconvenient when I need to sign for it. I’ve called numerous people in customer service because there is no number to contact this facility! Customer service cannot speak English very well, and I was told numerous different things about when I could receive the laptop, etc. they promised I would receive it each night of the week I called- and I did not. I went the facility TWICE. The first time, the supervisor told me I needed to verify that I could pick it up before I came (but I had done this), the second time I even received a message stating it was ready. It was not. The hilarious part (can you hear my sarcasm?) is that when speaking to Best Buy today, they told me that the laptop was ACTIVE which means SOMEONE stole this. And I was informed that it is in their facility by workers yesterday- you can put two and two together. Besides the security guard, everyone including the manager was not friendly nor helpful. I was pretty irate honestly, however so would you be if you wasted most of your time from work on the phone calling people to be told the wrong thing each time (including where to GET the package), wasting gas money, and overall being confused with this process! NEVER will I use Fed Ex again, I would caution you if you CAN get it direct, I would.

This is a company that you don’t wanna work at manager are so rude and disrespectful then will fire you two days after that so unorganized I don’t never know what time to come in the next do not waste your time with owner very nice but only believes what manager told him.

Not to bad but when you have a large item to drop off there is no signs for the common person to direct them. You actually go to the gaurd shack but it looked unattended.

How are drivers able to clock out and go home without reporting details of why a package shows delivered, however, the package was reported by the receiver NEVER RECEIVED. I AM LIVID AND STIILL WAITING. AND IF THEY SAY ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT WAITING ANOTHER 24HRS I WILL SCREAM!! HUMAN ERROR OCCURS THEY SAY!!! WELL SPEAK TO THE HUMAN AND FIND MY PACKAGE!!!!! UPDATE: THANK YOU JUDY FOR ALL YOUR HELP, HOWEVER, I FINALLY REVEICED MY PACKAGE TODAY...MISSING 8 ITEMS AND THE REST ARE ALL BROKEN INTO PIECES AND THE BOX WAS OPEN AND BARELY RETAPED. IT BLOWS MY MIND THAT FEDEX EVEN REDELIVERED A PACKAGE HALF OPEN AND DAMAGED AS SUCH WITH HANDLE WITH CARE FRAGILE TAPE ALL OVER IT!!!! SO WHO STOLE OBVIOUSLY 8 NON BROKEN CANDLES??? UPDATE: Was told my shipper packaged improperly and the missing candles could have fell out the box...CRAZINESS..Currently waiting to speak to my shipper as to how they packaged and shipped the items. Will update soon.
