The entire staff at this location is terrific. Ben is great. He greets you by name, provides options to your printing project, delivers on time and returns a quality project that exceeds expectations. Amanda and Abby are exceptional too. Always pleasant and helpful on both personal printing and professional printing projects. You have an “A Team” at this location.

Dustin, the manager, is outstanding. I hope he never leaves. Every time I come in, he's always there, ready with the best solution for all my shipping needs. He's the reason I keep coming back to this location and nowhere else.

I am in a FedEx basically every day shipping out packages for work and I go out of my way to try to make it to this location when I have to ship items. The staff are some of the friendliest people to do business with, and they are incredibly helpful (always willing to go above and beyond to make the visit to the store enjoyable). This location has my loyalty because of Abby, Amanda, Ben, and Dustin.

I just went in today to drop a package with a previous shipping label on a Saturday morning. As soon as I walked in, got a cheerful good morning. And in under a minute, my package was taken care of and got a receipt. Also has a friendly humourous conversation which was really a boost to the day! Great place!
Now, some of u might think decent customer interaction is bare minimum for an establishment. I was in that boat but reality is in this day and age, this is extremely rare now! u would literally get shouted at if you tried using the UPS a mile away on Kenwood to drop a package - no joke.
So this place has definitely earned my business for future shipping needs.

I had a unique issue with some expensive company equipment that I needed RTS and when I didn't have any luck with customer service, I went to this FedEx location to figure out the issue. Amanda and the store manager were a big help in helping me resolve the issue.

They charge 17 cents per page of print out in black and white. You can mail it to them and bring the retrieval code sent to you over email to get the print out. The staff over there are very helpful and kind
