If they want to close earlier they have to change their signI am here and they will answer the phone but they keep their door shutIt makes no sense, employees are not incentivized to help the company to sell more. Even if they have to stay a few more minutes after hours they should stay, that is their duty

I share the negative Customer Service feedback. We are building a new home, the builder recommended Ferguson, Cincinnati location and a specific contact. We dropped in just to look at pricing and selection. We were in there for over and hour. Not a SINGLE sales associate acknowledged or greeted the entire time. We had plenty of questions but no one seemed interested in our business. In fact, I later left a voicemail for Greg who is listed as a very knowledgeable contact in our Selections binder. It has been weeks and not a hint of a call. Our builder did strongly encourage us to make an appointment but we were in the area so dropped by. There were PLENTY of associates standing and chatting at the reception desk, NOT a single one acknowledged us. We have decided NOT to do business with Ferguson. First impression is EVERYTHING!!!!!!!SINCERELY,Lost Customer

Had some plumbing parts priced for a total of 275 and went to Home Depot and got the exact same fittings and pipe for 150. Price gouging at its finest. At some point these supply chains need to be held accountable. I will never shop there again.

This is a satellite store but has a decent inventory of plumbing materials and supply. They can usually have whatever you need by 7 a.m. the next day.
