We were planning a full kitchen remodel and stopped in here for ideas.There's a lot to see, but the showroom was chockfull of ideas, so it was perfect. Because we were not here to purchase anything, we didn't ask for any assistance. We were browsing. We took pictures of things we liked. If you are looking for ideas for bathrooms, kitchens or lighting in general, this is a great place to find out what's out there.I can't speak to the sales staff, purchase process or installation. I can say we purchased a Kraus sink and a faucet from Amazon for about 1/3 the cost of a similar setup at Ferguson.

I'm a kitchen designer in Ohio and went with my daughter to this location in FL to select appliances for her new home. Sales person was very helpful but never sent a quote! She tried to call and email several times with no reply. Very disappointed because the Fergusons in Cincinnati where I live has great service and they send quotes within a few days.

I purchased all my Kitchen Appliances from Ferguson, and obtained an extended warranty and repair service from Ferguson through their partner, New Leaf Service Contracts. I paid $2669.14 to cover repairs on 4 appliances, for three years . One of those appliances - a Bosch Wall Oven - needed repair recently. I called New Leaf and reported this service need on May 19, 2023. Since then I have been with them on the phone nearly a dozen times , spending many many hours of my valuable time to get this repair completed - as of June 23, 2023, this repair is not completed. One after another, they claimed, falsely, that :(a) this repair was not covered by contract ; (b) that this appliance was not covered by contract ; (c) that I should get it repaired and then submit receipts for potential reimbursements ; (d) that they cannot find a repair service provider; I had to spend hours and multiple emails to convince them that this unit and its repair was covered and that they had in fact done this same repair once before. Finally, after nearly 4 weeks, they sent someone to repair the unit. The technician ordered some parts, and scheduled to return on June 21 to complete the repair. The parts were here - but the technician never showed up, nor inform me that they were not coming : I waited all day for them. Then they automatically rescheduled the repair for June 28, when I will be out of town. However, I have no way to contact them directly to reschedule the repair for a different day - all I get is a robot message. I contacted New Leaf 5 separate times between June 21 and June 23, to resolve this problem - but they have failed to resolve this issue , or get the repair completed. So, I am warning everyone, not to depend on New Leaf Service Contracts for effective or "zero hassle claim service" that they advertise, for their very expensive and very ineffective and problematic service contracts.

My husband and I visited the showroom this afternoon. Immediately upon arrival we were met with unbelievably pretentious attitudes. The older woman at the front desk furrowed her brow with such disgust as we walked in. Our experience was so atrocious we left after being treated so poorly and drove 3 miles down the highway to Keidel to buy the exact same Rohl products. I’m not sure if this is typical of this facility or if we didn’t look the “part” after running errands all day and school pickup, but it just didn’t sit well with me. We just moved back to Cincinnati from the west coast, and never in my experience neither in LA nor Carmel by the Sea have I been treated so poorly in areas where I would more or less expect such levels of pretension. For reference this past Saturday while selecting our lighting at Visual Comforts our children were treated like little queens with snacks and notepads to color. I’m flabbergasted by our experience. Keidel however was night and day different, incredibly kind and helpful I would highly recommend taking this into consideration when deciding where you choose to spend your money. I’m thinking I need to have a ‘Pretty Woman’ moment with this place in the near future.

We were not greeted by anyone during our visit, but rather felt as if we weren't welcome based upon the looks we were given and lack of communication. Our experience was so atrocious we left after being treated so poorly and drove 3 miles down the highway to Keidel to buy the exact same Rohl products. Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. The store is very nice, and it feels like a high end experience when purchasing. Unfortunately the only thing high end here is the price. We bought in the summer of 2021. We were told that the everything should be in by Thanksgiving. Unfortunately we didn't specify the year. It's 2023 now and all of our purchases finally came in. I get supply chain problems but c'mon. I saw the same fridge, dishwasher, ovens, etc. on the Lowes website where I should have bought my stuff. Getting updates from anyone will require 5 calls and 15 emails. The information you receive back will not be correct. There won't be a hint of apology and it even feels like they are doing you a favor by bothering to speak to you. Even worse, the install will be horrendous. Our stuff came in waves over the last almost 2 years. The first team they sent out was drunk, they were supposedly sub contractors. They couldn't figure out how to install a stove top and were literally asking me how to do it. The second team that installed the microwave, stove, and dishwasher seemed competent, but the microwave didn't work, past the first 3 uses, and the dishwasher was poorly installed leading to water coming out the bottom 2 weeks after installation. When you call Ferguson they will then tell you that it's your problem now, call the manufacturer. They won't even bother to help with the proof of your purchase.I sincerely hope Ferguson's retail appliance business folds as it is the most poorly run business I have every seen. If you do go in for some reason stay away from Erica. Remarkably condescending and completely incompetent.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I had walked in to purchase and wasn’t greeted as I arrived. We had even walked the showroom and wasn’t even acknowledged and was stared at. As I found a shower faucet that I would like to purchase I was completely put off by the receptionist and was told that nobody was available.Will not recommend and will not return back to this establishment.

They have a lot of things in your store, but i’m always using them as a supply store if you need any plumbing parts or accessories Great Place, good good inventory and lots of help at the counter that’s priceless!!

Remodeling two baths and a kitchen. Ferguson was one of three choices. Made appointment with a sales rep. Bit of a wait until she appeared and first words were "let's get going as I have another appointment in an hour". The showroom is beautiful, pricing seems in line with other quality dealers. Our rep did make some helpful suggestions and was much warmer towards end of visit.We took options home to review. Sent an email outlining the choices and heard nothing back. Called three times and left messages, none of which were returned by rep. AFter four days did get a brief email stating that we needed to pay for our purchase. Called in to make payment via check, all info taken but then told I had to bring check in. Was there withing 50 minutes, and had to wait 25 minutes for person to arrive at front desk to take check.What should have been a fun, exciting experience has not been. Would have cancelled order, however demo had begun. Never even got a "thank you for your business"

Do Not go to this place. Every time we had anything to do with this company we were treated terrible. Period! Don’t know what else to say but I definitely would not give this company one penny more than what I’ve already spent. Don’t deserve one star

Upon entering is a plastic receptionist who will do NOTHING to assist minorities or the elderly. I will NEVER EVER go back to this showroom!!!!! This blonde heffers' dirty attitude stained Ferguson's Showroom walls and floors...isn't it 2022!! Get rid of that racist artificial barbie and hire someone respectful of minorities and the elderly!!!!

Very disappointed in Fergusons customer care. We purchased appliances paying a little more than if we would have purchased at Lowes / Home Depot thinking that the install and customer service would be great.Well I have to call for updates on my backordered appliance and my refrigerator was delivered and we experienced damage to our home that they still have not taken care of after over a month since the install.Do not go with Fergusons if you expect great service!
