Recently had to take my mother to the Western Hills branch to arrange some things regarding her account. We were helped by Mr. Kevin Brooks. He was extremely helpful and very personable and made the process very pleasant. Thank you again Mr. Brooks. We also enjoyed sharing our fishing stories with you 😁

Thank God. For Jess. I'll start there she was pleasant and helpful everytime i came In this branch. However Nathan is easily the rudest person I have ever in countered he has waited on me 3xs and confirmed the yes of closing my account arguing with his counter part in front of me was the tip of the iceberg. If you go just wait for Jess or another teller to help you. Needless to say I withdrew everything and closed my account today. Happy to say I'll never be back.

Called me one day Told me it's normal to close my secure account after 1 year made me schedule a day to meet and the rep Chris was stopped by manager to explain it would lower my credit score. all hassle no solution teach your representatives a thing about banking an credit

I'm all about consistency and normally I wouldn't post this bc I can't be bothered but I used to go here every week to make change. Well this time I was turned away, after waiting 10+ mins, because my company doesn't have an account with them. PNC doesn't give me any hassle and is fully capable of doing something as simple as making change right next door. Hopefully this helps but I won't know because I'm not coming back

These people are crooks. Signed up for the "$250 after 60 days" deal. Didnt receive my $250 after 60 days, even though i qualified. Customer service rep told me i was scheduled to receive said payment on april 29th. Called today, because they didnt pay, and was told they didnt have a payment scheduled. Said they have to send it in "for revue"?!? I qualified for that money on April 5th, and theres still no guarantee ill ever receive it. Never had an issue like this at any other bank.
