We are VERY unfortunate to have a RV loan with 5/3 bank. These idiots have cashed and lost 2 checks for our RV sent by dealerships and claim they didn't receive it. Then they make us jump through hoops for months to go back to the dealership for more information. Even though the checks had the VIN number and proper information on it. They are clueless idiots that don't deserve to be in banking!

I've foolishly been a member of Fifth Third bank for 35 years and am planning on leaving due to their inability to keep my account secure. I'm out 1600.00 dollars because they weren't working in my best interest. It's a full time job to even place a call to fifth third for help. Additionally, if anyone knows Brian Paul Moore who is a vice president of fifth third located in Cincinnati you should RUN from him. I'm a victim of bank fraud and he's no better than the thief who committed the crime. I hope he loses his job and suffers the distress he's created for others. My personal opinion is Mr. Moore is negligent, lazy and corrupt.

Firth Third Bank bought my mortgage. Wish they had left well enough alone. Horrible place to do business. I normally make my payment on line. But I am in the Philippines this month. Next Month on Maui. The month after that in Ecuador. You get the picture. Bur because I tried to make my payment from Manila they locked me out. No big deal? Ask for help? Sure. Except you need to log in to get help. Nice! Send an mail? Nope. No emails listed. Call for Assistance (11 hours time difference.) Nope! They want my pin! What? Have a mortgage. No Pin. Avoid hem if possible! Look at all their Yelp Ratings. I am not the only unhappy customer.

Every single time I call fifth third bank I sit on hold for an hour minimum just to pay my loan. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Worst bank I have EVER dealt with in my life!!!!

Went in to open a checking account and was treated like one of the family immediately. I could’ve stayed and chatted with Ana all day, and I almost did without knowing! She was so pleasant and welcoming, with a level of professionalism and humility that should be taught (by her) to many customer service facets. Anyhoo, thank you so much!!

When I logged into my 5th 3rd account, their website trumpeted in large font: “If you're affected by Hurricane Dorian, Fifth Third is here to help.â€

53rd Bank does not care about people or families. Last year they allowed someone who hacked my gmail account steal 1700$ and refused to assist with fighting google and told me i had to deal with it. So i took my checking and savings elsewhere. Now my credit card, they refuse to update the balance being paid off back i January to the credit bureaus and i call and call and get told that trans-union AND experian missed the update and they promise they sent it.

Multiple difficulties with a fraudulent charge and processing a home equity loan. The process for our home equity loan took well over the 45 days they quoted. Voicemails were full! I am and paying interest on both the home equity loan, now, and a loan with 5/3, itself, that it was supposed to have paid off! The fraudulent charge is under “dispute†for probably at least the 9 week's they quoted me. And it was a charge 5/3 notified me of as being fraudulent. Other charges were made within same hour in Ohio as a Jeanie withdrawal in LA, California! Not sure why I have to wait 9 weeks on my money for a dispute. If they deny my “dispute' and deny the “provisional†refunding of the charge, I will likely get charged outrageous amounts for overdraft fees, then!
