They assured me I would get back the funds that were stolen from me. Gave me half of the stolen funds back and then reversed it a couple weeks later. No one has any idea what's going on in that bank nor could give me answers on the fraud I experienced.... If you care about the security of your accounts you should find another option than fifth third....

Probably the worst 5/3rd I have ever been in. They remodeled to have 2 tellers every time I come in. The last time I went in they had 5 people in the drive through, 4 customers inside and only one of the tellers was doing transactions, the other teller was making cold calls, like multiple of them. Never once offered to help.

Missed out on purchasing my dream car because this bank opens at 10am. Google had it's opening hours at 9am. Very flustering. This bank is right around the corner from my home. So I went to the Marburg location and of course that one was closed too. Also doesn't open til 10am. Finally make it the Madisonville one which opened at 9. Make it to the car lot of course someone already has the car and decided to purchase it the moment I arrived. This is not the only time this bank opening time has cause some inconvenience

Fifth Third Bank is the worst. They got me as a customer "by accident" when the car dealer I was buying my car from set me up with them to give me my car loan. So I tried to make my first payment by web and the web page did not allow me to create an account even after double checking the data I entered. So I had to call them. I called them and the woman right off blamed ME for the site not working. Then she took my payment. But then I was looking at my intro letter and it stated that they have the right to sell my info to virtually anyone they want unless I call them and select the menu item to JUST SAY NO to SPAM. SO I called... No menu offering that option. SO I waited on hold 10 min. Get the Indian and he has no idea what I'm talking about. No, he understood English. He just had no idea about putting me on the No Spam list. So once again in just 2 hours, Fifth Third Bank WASTED 2 hours of my day with their crappy customer service and crappy marketing policy. If I could I would find another loan for my car right now. In fact tomorrow I think I will call my bank and see if I can get a loan to replace this one just to say F. U. to Fifth Third Bank. Hate them already and this was my first day of dealing with them.

cant say enough good things about this fifth third. staff is very friendly a lovely woman named Hannah that works at the kroger fifth third really stood out. she was very engaging and personal and very humble.

Vickie Neltner...........took 7 days to return a phone call....blamed a trainee using her desk so she could'nt check her vm's she said.......I found out from one of her co-workers today, she was able to check those vm's anytime from anywhere on any phone.....Then texts me and says I'll call you back in a few........50 minutes later.......no return phone call........don't use 5th 3rd for a mortgage, their unprofessional......check US Bank none of the easy lies will have to be dealt with.....stay away from 5th 3rd for a mortgage

Usually this bank is very nice & attentive but when I went in with a problem that I couldn't resolve over the phone because I forgot my pin, they were not helpful at all.

Manager Chelsea is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have to have papers on my account for court. The court keeps asking for more paperwork and Chelsea gets an attitude with me saying how I'm wasting their time ect. I said excuse me? I'm not doing this for sport, it's for court, something that I have to do.

Teri Olson is by far the best Mortgage Loan Officer in the area. I have known Teri for 15 years and her knowledge and expertise in the world of mortgages is by far the best !
