I've foolishly been a member of Fifth Third bank for 35 years and am planning on leaving due to their inability to keep my account secure. I'm out 1600.00 dollars because they weren't working in my best interest. It's a full time job to even place a call to fifth third for help. Additionally, if anyone knows Brian Paul Moore who is a vice president of fifth third located in Cincinnati you should RUN from him. I'm a victim of bank fraud and he's no better than the thief who committed the crime. I hope he loses his job and suffers the distress he's created for others. My personal opinion is Mr. Moore is negligent, lazy and corrupt.

Firth Third Bank bought my mortgage. Wish they had left well enough alone. Horrible place to do business. I normally make my payment on line. But I am in the Philippines this month. Next Month on Maui. The month after that in Ecuador. You get the picture. Bur because I tried to make my payment from Manila they locked me out. No big deal? Ask for help? Sure. Except you need to log in to get help. Nice! Send an mail? Nope. No emails listed. Call for Assistance (11 hours time difference.) Nope! They want my pin! What? Have a mortgage. No Pin. Avoid hem if possible! Look at all their Yelp Ratings. I am not the only unhappy customer.

My experience has been wonderful! The personal are Accommodating and quite professional not to mention patient.I'll certainly recommend banking with 5/3 to my family and friends. I've never had the slightest issue with reaching someone whenever I called.

I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone at my home bank for hours so I decided to call the main branch and no one answers there either. Aggrivating!!

No one is ever available to answer the phone. I was hoping open a new account, but seeing as no one wants to assist me, I'll go elsewhere.

Guns kill people. When will access to guns be limited? Nobody should feel safe with our current gun laws.

EXCESSIVE FEES FROM, FIFTH THIRD BANK I have been a Fifth Third customer for almost all my Adult life but b I am now CUTTING ALL TIES and CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH FIFTH THIRD. They have just become TOO DAMN GREEDY ... with all of the EXCESSIVE FEES & CHARGES. I Don't know who there New Chairman is but this is BEYOND MADNESS WITH THESE EXCESSIVE FEES. FIFTH THIRD is charging people $37 overdraft fee. Really, Seriously $37 dollars overdraft fee. What the HELL for. This is Legal Loan Sharking, and it need to have a,Case,Action Lawsuit Ffiled against them to resolve this matter. It is a shame that any Bank would charge should excessive fees for any reason. It is Usary fees and must be made illegal to do. If anyone ever did this to someone they loaned money to they would be Arresting and charged with Loan Sharking. I have already begun the o rices of closing my accounts and moving my Assets to another Bank that does not charge excessive fees. Once I move my Direct Deposit, Fifth Third will be history in my rear view mirror. I Will Be So Happy to Get Rid of Them. Since Banks found more Money/Profit in Excessive Charges and Fees, they stopped functioning as a bank and we're only a Bank in Name Only. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!! Please Join Me in PROTEST THE EXCESSIVE FEES OF FIFTH THIRD and ALL BANKS WHO CHARGE THESE FEE. Banks now make more Money off of Fees &;Charges than Services & Interest. You Work Hard for Your $$$, every cent of it. Why keep letting Banks Overcharge YOU in Fees and Under Perform in Service Provided. MOVE YOU CASH / ASSETS, TO YOUR, CREDIT UNION or COMMUNITY SMALL BANK. PROTEST THESE ""SCROOGE"" MAJOR BANKS.

I went in to open an account and, despite it being a relatively slow day, it took me a while for anyone to even acknowledge me...the bank employee gave me a look up-and-down in a judging fashion as i talked, and i felt exceptionally uncomfortable. I ended up not opening an account here. The atmosphere of the bank was nice.

Things have declined over the years of banking there. To the point I closed my account. Even now they after receiving my final closing bank statement zeroed out. Now they send me a late notice for $15 bank charges and now attempting to charge late fees. Just shows how these banks got so fat. I called the 1-800 number and the lady told me I had to go back to the branch. How screwed up are they.
