Stopped in for some information about CD's, then stopped by Coffee Exchange for a quick coffee to go. Got in my car, some light skinned lady with braces honked to move me out of my parking spot (there were 3 others open) she waited for about 3 minutes for me to pull out, then yelled at me saying "I work here you're not supposed to use these spots!". Guess it never occurred to here that someone would be a customer.Management needs to seriously take care of this. I will never go back to this branch. Took photo of her Chevy parked in the shade. If I wasn't on break, I would have gone into the branch to speak to management

Been two days since I've been able to view my account information. 5/3 is unable to verify my new phone number although I changed it IN PERSON yesterday!! Was told this am by a very nonchalant bank manager (why would there be any urgency, because it's not THEIR account) that I may have to wait UP TO TWO WEEKS!! Two weeks to access MY account information !! This is absolute garbage!! Way to make my day a 5/3better...

Horrible waste of time. Opened 3 accounts to transfer everything for personal and business on Friday. Turns out Monday I can't use any of the accounts as needed. All of this was discussed up front and they had no solution on how to fix it. After personally spending hours of time getting this and my accounting software setup I now have to go to another bank and start all over again. Will have a lifetime bad review by me and my business.

Terrible terrible bank to deal with!!! Make sure you stay away from this bank if you have a account with these people close it immediately!!!! They pay car dealerships to run your credit even if you're preapproved somewhere else... Had to call them 11 times to finally speak to somebody that can takeoff a hard inquiry Because I don't have a account with them They want to give me a hard time to take it off ... The one lady indicated It would be so easy to get it removed if you

Wouldn't give back my lost ATM card because it wasn't a Fifth Third bank card. Weak sauce.
