I was assisted by Tim today in setting up my very first credit card. I’m 30 years old and have never had a credit card in my name so I was slightly embarrassed and apprehensive. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and personable! He made the entire process easy and swift!

I walked in the bank inside kroger and first of I wasn’t greeted let alone even looked at or acknowledged but then to help the person behind me with a question he had to still not say anything to me..Finally someone else walked behind the desk and helped me immediately but he had to help with drive thru because the person that refused to greet or acknowledge me didn’t know what he was doing so he had to help me then and tried to act like he was polite the whole time this really pissed me off and will probably change banks because of it so you can thank Tim for that

Cant login and not sure i want to, but it would be nice to use the app to put money in my account to close it but they wont even let u do that, would rather u be negative so i can get letters later in the mail that dont mean a lot since i got a job today and i cant login to my account to pay yall back so i dont owe anything in my opinion, i also previously had 2 cards sent to my address that were never recieved. Not the best bank if you want things to go smoothly but if u like overdraft fees sign up

Extremely slow if banking thru drive thru. Dont waste your time coming here not sure what joy they get out of ruining your day while being the bank that holds your money I would highly suggest banking else where completely. Ebskirbyk1

It’s next to impossible to speak to someone by telephone. Additionally, it’s a general number so you must go listen to several banking, location, hours of operation information and button choices before you push “3” to talk to someone. Then, there is a message saying the staff are too busy to talk to you.

These people are crooks. Signed up for the "$250 after 60 days" deal. Didnt receive my $250 after 60 days, even though i qualified. Customer service rep told me i was scheduled to receive said payment on april 29th. Called today, because they didnt pay, and was told they didnt have a payment scheduled. Said they have to send it in "for revue"?!? I qualified for that money on April 5th, and theres still no guarantee ill ever receive it. Never had an issue like this at any other bank.
