Come to this bank ATM almost nightly, trash hadn't been emptied in almost 2 weeks. Edit: they emptied the dumpster and left all the trash.

Since I can’t get ahold of anyone in the branch or get through to get a valid explanation to customer service I’ll just leave my review here! 5/3rd is a joke they higher foreigner who hang up on you or place you on hold for 20 minutes when they don’t have an answer! I was hung up on because I asked to speak with a supervisor! I’ve never spent an entire shift calling a bank just to not get a resolution! I am outdone!!

Tried to cash a check here from a major credit card company and was told that it wasn't written correctly and she made me feel like I was trying to commit some type of fraud so I mobile deposited with no issue at all. Some people just love to give you a hard time like on a power trip, it's a shame as I've been a customer at this bank for 30 plus years and they hire a bad employee or two and all goes down hill from there.

Very very poor costumer service in this bank . My credit card been lost for 3 weeks and I been calling them didn’t respond my call and when I try to call them again they picked up and saying my card is block and give me wrong number to call . Today I call to bank 5,6 times didn’t pick up my call and it’s says you will get response on app too but No I didn’t get response on app either.. it’s very frustrating,, wasting time for us ,, didn’t respond to call for costumer , and how we get help ,, we don’t so we call bank but they don’t even respond to us .. this very sad , and very bad bad service ..

I'm so tired of trying to get help to see about a mortgage. Customer service is non existent. I have emailed I have left voicemails I have tried calling my local branch. no on EVER answers the phone. do I need to take my business elsewhere?????

Very disappointed. I am a long time 53rd customer. I have called for the last two days trying to learn about the refinance process only to discover I have to schedule a call back by registering on their website.... so I do that and now have an appointment in 5 days. Not very user friendly for a working person to get the information needed. 53rd can do better.

I have banked at 5/3 for over 15 years. My bank account got robbed through my atm card for $600. They replaced my money, but later denied the claim and removed the money for my account. They said that a transaction made in October by a man was not disputed, and it looked like the disputed claim looked just like the man the removed the undisputed money. There was a ridiculously obvious difference in the 2. One was not looking sneaky and was more heavyset. The robber had a scarf and hat that wrapped around his face for disguise. 5/3 said that they could see the difference now, but are unable to reopen the claim. I will be finding a new bank. 5/3 has really let me down.
